The door is solid metal, a dull shiny grey with a simple run of the mill doorknob sitting below a keypad and palm print scanner. Tim is standing before, his arms at his sides, the cowl in place over his head, hiding his features. He's staring at his blurred and distorted reflection in the door, a million thoughts at once running through his head.
He is on the bottom floor of the Tower, with only one more level to go before he confronts one of the most infamous Titans of all time. He hasn't even entered the code or scanned his palm. He's allowing this one moment to himself before he takes another step. Just hours before, he had arrived back at Titans tower after spending the last three days in Gotham dealing with personal and professional business there. Almost immediately, Eddie, also known as Kid Devil, and Cassandra Sandsmark, who preferred to be called Cassie, had met him at the door. Not for a greeting, oh no. They had delivered some very unexpected news.
Tara Markov, or Terra as she had been known five years before had reappeared. the catch being that she was dead. Or supposed to be. Five years or so ago, she had betrayed the Titans of the time and worked for one of the Titans worst enemies and had died in the process.
She had caused a lot of pain and anguish. Too much.
Now she was back, "healed" and wanting to be back with the Titans. Tim had given himself enough time to put his stuff away and to think on it a little before he had headed down here. And now, he was standing before this door, wondering where this would really lead.
Finally, he lifts his right hand and presses his palm to the scanner. There is a soft beep as it accepts his print and then the code box lights up as he enters five numbers into it. There is another beep and the door clicks as the tumblers move, unlocking the door for exactly ten seconds. He quickly opens the door and steps through, allowing the door to close and lock behind him.
Softly, he takes each step down one at a time, his soft soled boots making no sound as he descends. He steps onto the last level and makes his way down the hall to the room where Terra is being held.
He grabs a chair before unlocking the door to Terra's room. He knocks, waiting for an answer. He doesn't want to barge in, and even though her room is being watched, he wanted to respect her privacy.

Terra didn’t know if she should feel sad or happy that she was here. Don’t get her wrong – she was happy that the Titans had taken in, certainly and she fully knew that the Titans wouldn’t just take her back. She had experienced Beast Boy’s pain, thanks to Raven, who had been in her demon mode. Terra had been put in the basement of Titan Tower and only been given a boring book to read. She heard her stomach growl and blushed to no one. She should have eaten before she had gone and almost got herself killed. She chided herself for thinking that the Titans were going to take her back so easily. It would take time; maybe if she proved that she wasn’t evil anymore, they would start trusting her a little more.
After reading the book and playing with her small mound that she had managed to sneak in, Terra was bored. She wondered if they’d take her small mound o f rock. She wondered Beast Boy would react when he saw her. Probably with coldness, like Starfire had. Action Barbie had wanted to kill her, though she didn’t remember seeing her as a member of the Titans back then. It seemed a lot had changed in between the five years, yet she was still hated. The blonde Markovian supposed it had been her fault, and yet the Titans still weren’t ready to forgive her, clearly. Terra sighed and paced back and forth four times and then did some jumping jacks to pass the time.
Not long after that, Terra heard a knock. Who could that be? Not Raven or Starfire and certainly not Action Barbie. “Come in,” said Terra, with a hint of confusion in her voice. She went to sit on the bench, which was located furthest to the door. Terra wanted to be as far away as possible from…whoever was at the door. If she was going to earn the Titans’ trust again, she had to show that she wasn’t evil anymore, no matter how fake appearances might look.

“Come in.”
Tim took a deep breath, calming himself instantly before typing a short four digit code into the keypad above the doorknob after hearing Terra through the thick metal door. The door beeps and a clicking noise lets Tim know it’s not unlocked for the next fifteen seconds. He quickly opens the door, bringing the chair in with him. The door shuts closed behind him and he sets the chair directly in front of it, allowing him to sit directly across from where the blond teenager is sitting on the hard wooden bench.
He leans forward slightly, resting his elbows on his knees and clasping his fists together, he looks at Terra, taking her in. She’s a mess, to put it simply. He could see the emotional pain in her eyes, the stress on her face. She wasn’t taking this all lightly, but until a decision was made by everybody, there wasn’t much he could do to change that. Besides, there were several on the team, and, Tim was sure at least a few former Titans would want more done to her than what Raven had done earlier.
If only he hadn’t gone to Gotham for a few days, things wouldn’t have gotten so crazy around here. To top it all off, Bart had mysteriously disappeared, leaving only a note and still hadn’t come back.
Tim inwardly shakes his head, clearing out all unnecessary thoughts before completely concentrating on Terra. The white of his cowl hid any emotion in his eyes, allowing him the upper hand in this conversation.
”I’m Red Robin… The leader of the Titans.” Is all he says at first, watching her closely for any emotion or tell-tale signs of lying. ”I know who you are. I heard why you came back. But I want to know… Why? How?
OOC: I’m sorry it’s so short!

When Red Robin came in, Terra was a tad confused and tried not to show it. Where was the other Robin? Then again, she had been gone for five years. A lot had changed, it seemed. This new ‘Red Robin’ was the leader now, and just like the previous Robin seemed just as cold and secretive. She supposed it was the way they were trained. Terra quickly scanned the new leader. He certainly dressed differently, that was for sure. He had a cape that looked like wings – was he able to fly, or at least glide with them? Why was she even thinking this? She needed to explain her story.
“Since you weren’t there when it all began, I’ll begin with how I survived,” began Terra. This was her chance to get the new leader to listen to her without the others butting in. “After I’d betrayed the Titans and toppled the building on top of me but managing to survive, I wandered for a while before blacking out, due to my injuries fatigue, dehydration and starvation. Next thing I know, I’m in some woman’s house, getting healed. At first I resisted, being the rebellious and angsty teen that I was. Then I began to feel happier and not so weighed down. She helped me in honing my power and making me less angry by cleansing my mind completely of all evil. If I even think about turning to the dark side again, I feel physically repulsed.
The blonde Markovian stopped and whetted her lips. She then waited to see if Red had taken all the information. She hoped with all her heart that he was believing her. After a few minutes, she then continued her tale.
One thing that I should say is that she also cleansed my mind to the point that if I even think of working with Slade again, I will feel sick. Anyway, back to the story. I stayed with the healer for five years. I became so guilt-ridden with what I had done that I would break down and cry – I still do at times. When I left the healer, I went to the Grand Canyon, which got me thinking about the Titans and how badly I’d hurt them. after I’d stopped crying, I resolved to come back and beg for their forgiveness, and so I did. Now, I will take their insults and everything, to prove that I’m not lying.
Terra gave a big sigh and looked to Red Robin, waiting to hear what he had to say.

Tim listened carefully, watching her every move through the slits in his cowl. He had noticed her confusion as he had stepped in and placed the chair in its spot and had taken his seat without acknowledging it. He attributed that to him being a coompletely different "Robin" then she was expecting. He wasn't from the team she had betrayed multiple years ago, and so, he felt he was the best to judge. The team was going to vote, and he wanted to be able to weigh in with more knowledge than what he had heard.
After this, he was going to go upstairs to his super computer and find out everything he would about this so-called "healer" that had apparently hypnotized the blond markovian in front of him.
He had to give her kudos for coming back when she must have known that she couldn't possibly get a very good reception from the Titans.
Frowning slightly, he leans forward, settling his elbows on his knees and cupping his chin with his fingers, he watches her fidget anxiously as her story comes to an end. Carefully, he stays quiet watching her reactions as he allows the silence to continue for a few more minutes.
Finally, he breathes deeply in through his nose as he begins to speak. "Why now?" He tilts his head to the side, his voice almost to soft to hear. "Why not multple years down the road when it might have been easier lon the ones you betrayed?"
He leans back into the chair, arms crossed over his slim but muscular chest clothed in the Red Robin insignia. "Why not just send a letter, instead of coming in person?"
His left eyebrow tilts upward at the end of his last question, waiting for her answer.
