Example: Aviary Eves 123-45-6789 Lieutenant Christian Scars: She has a thin scar along her right lower cheek that goes back toward her ear, which given the right light is the only time you can see it. She has old marks on shoulders, lower legs, and hips from being a stupid volatile teenager. She has a healed bullet wound on her lower right side that is below her script tattoo. BEHAVIOR PROFILE Aviary has never been one to go out of her way for anyone but herself. She’s selfish, but she has her rare moments that perhaps she isn’t all bad, usually when children or one of her own are involved. She’s never allowed herself to trust in anyone but herself, usually those that try are lying and will for their own gain stab you in the back. Several people in her past have gotten close to her only to try and use her for influence, or their own gain. If you can get her to warm up to you and show her that you aren’t like all the others, you might find the real person underneath all the armor. Loyalty is something very high to A.J, those she finds she likes and feels the primal need to protect them, will have no fiercer or loyal person in their life. Jacquelyn while having her insecurities is a quiet individual and more observant, often watching people’s body language and often able to sense when something is wrong whether it be a coming storm or a friends emotional distress. She just has that sixth sense about those things. She has a dark sense of humor and finds a bit of humor in other peoples discomfort or pain. She has her list of comments ready, but they are good natured you know she is joking, unless she happens to not like you, than all the comments she makes you know they aren’t good and they can be rather cutting, and harsh. Arguing has never been something she’s done with people she likes, but if she doesn’t trust you she’ll find a reason to argue with you ever step of the way. She is often watching every move you make, just waiting for you to mess up to prove you’re a threat. Aviary has never known what it means to quit, even in her darkest hour, she’s always been one to put work first, or people first. She could be bleeding out from a gun shot wound and she’d find the inner strength to at least take one of you with her. She isn't afraid of death, but she isn't going to roll over for anyone. In a gun fight or a room full of hungry reporters, she can keep her cool, not often loosing her temper, when she has a rather short fuse, but hides it in her passive aggressive ways. She’s always been one to give looks of death to those that tease her for her height. She has her moments of slip ups, when she’s angry you know it and it’s hard to ignore the rage that radiates off this petite woman’s form. Jacquelyn’s cool head and quick work of putting together crime scenes and scenario’s is what has helped her be a good cop and an even better detective. She does her job and she does it well, it’s what she does, her work means everything to her, it’s her life. She doesn’t know what it means to relax, to have fun, she’s often far too serious, but it’s not impossible to get her to laugh or to smile, it just takes a bit of effort and sense of security and trust, consider it a step up. DOCUMENTED HISTORY Aviary Jacquelyn Eves wasn’t the only baby born in the early hours of November, she had a twin sister named Ashley Rhea Eves. The one small problem, they were 25 weeks early. That as you all know is a very dangerous time for premature babies born that early. They weighed at respectively 1 pound 11 ounces and 1 pound 5 ounces, left the girls in dire need of medical care. They were kept in the hospital for months, and while at first Aviary was the one who was very sick, it was soon her sister that was in dire need of several surgeries, eye surgery to save her eye sight and several other surgeries just to keep the two of them alive. Miracle babies is what the hospital called them, and the doctors and nurses went out of their way to help watch over the newborns. Their mother Julie Ellen Eves, was young only 21 and her Father was in his thirties, Julian Duel Eves had yet to fully make his way into the Political games, but he was well on his way. As the months past and turned to years, the children got healthier. Her sister had vision problems and was mentally delayed, she was fine physically, but mentally she a bit slower needing more help in school and her eye sight left it hard for her to take notes and things like that. Aviary and Ashley were very close, and their connection only grew stronger as the years went on. Ashley was picked on in school, but Aviary wasn’t one to stand for that and their parents went to bat for them each and every time, taking names and making sure things were done. Their father was winning the hearts of those in San Francisco and was easy for him to be put into Congress. At the age of 17, just two days shy of graduation, her mother was involved in a car accident, with Ashley in the front seat, they’d been on their way home from a doctor’s appointment, when the power steering went out on their car, and they crashed into the median and went into on coming traffic on the interstate. They were told her sister had died at the scene…that the crews had been trying to get them out of the mangled car, but they hadn’t survived, no one said that her sister had been murdered no one had said anything at all, they'd kept her in the dark...the one thing about secrets they never stayed buried forever. Her mother had been rushed to the hospital. She'd survived the wreck, and the few months it had taken to heal, but she'd never been the same. She'd committed suicide on Aviary's 18th birthday, unable to deal with her grief. Aviary couldn’t bring herself to attend her sister's funeral. She’d signed up for the Army the day after she'd been buried in the ground. Her father hadn’t been able to talk her out of it. She used this as a way to escape, a way to run. Her death hadn’t even set in, but that didn’t matter, she kept pushing forward because she had no idea how to handle it. She rose through the ranks and threw herself into her training. The high school gave her and her sister their graduation diploma, but it had meant little to her at the time. After Basic and PT was done, she went to school did online classes and graduated with her four year degree in two years, making the school allow her to take 7 classes a semester, which gave her 21 credit hours and being that you needed 120 hours to have your bachelors degree, she was able to get her degree in Psychology, with a minor in Criminology. It wasn’t hard for her to get into a Private Security detail after she took her leave of the Military at the age of 21. She didn’t stay long in this line of work, as it was too close to home, seeing those families they protected, one of the daughter of a Senator reminded her too much of her sister and she quit that day, not giving much of an explanation, but it was all in her personal psych file from the military, it didn’t take genies to figure out the reason. The San Francisco PD were more than happy to give her a job, she was Julian Eves daughter after all, and a decorated solider. She stayed with them for three years, before being offered a job, after a joint effort to take down a serial killer who had been murdering families in the Palm Springs area. While she works for the FBI, she does her own thing, until they need her on a case, often traveling and just keeping herself busy, it’s been easy for her to pick up a shift at the local police department if she’s in the area, usually a quick phone call from her the night before and she’s working in the next few hours. Her relationship with her father is good, it’s gotten a lot better when she came back for holidays or when she was on leave from the military, but there is just that still bleeding hole in their lives that you just can’t fix. Her father recently remarried within the last three months and she’s got mixed feelings about it, but she know you have to move on…that you can’t stay in the past forever. She’s currently in Washington, helping out the local authorities with a string of related incidents involving a current criminal who’s broken out of Belle Reve Prison. POWERS AND ABILITIES KNOWN POWERS: Sixth sense: She's always had a change sense of the other side, it's not necessarily that she's psychic, it's more that she's just a little more attuned to the other side, some say it could be that her sisters death caused it, it's hard to tell. KNOWN ABILITIES:
STRENGTH LEVEL: Athletic-Human WEAKNESSES: |
[/li][li] Arachnids: As tough as Jacquelyn is, she has this rather humorous depending on if you’re the one scaring her of spiders, they could be the side of a pen point and she’ll still be very much the woman, she tries hard not to be. She will run to the other side of the room and make someone come and kill it or take it outside; she just can not stand them.
[/li][li] Insecure: Aviary has always been sensitive, taking things hard, when they don’t go right. She’s not as tough as she acts; it’s actually very easy to hurt her feelings, especially if she is emotional and romantically involved with you. She is doesn’t have a lot of confidence in her looks, or her own abilities. If you tell her she’s pretty, or beautiful, she just shrugs it off, and looks the other way. She doesn’t know how to take a compliment, and she sucks at giving them. If you break down that wall around her, that tough shell, you’ll find that she’s fragile, and easily hurt, but never broken.
[/li][li] Loss: She’s lost a lot of people in combat and in the line of duty and in her own personal life. She’s never actually dealt with her grief, she’s simply kept moving and ignored it. She’s never properly gotten to fully be okay with the death that surrounds her. If she hasn’t after all these years accepted her mom and her sister’s death…

EXAMINATION RECORD
“Please, explain to me, why we weren’t notified the moment you noticed he was missing?”
The question came from the mouth of the young woman who, ducked under the yellow crime scene tape and spoke with a tone that implied she wasn’t looking for a bullsh-t answer. She was dressed nicely, in a pair of nice jeans, a pair of black boots that went up her legs and a tied black corset with a white along the edges of the material, and a leather jacket folded over her arms, she was packing heat, if the two pistols that draped low on her hips weren’t any indication. She was short only 5’1, and young, she had to be pretty smart to have made it onto this team at the age of 24.
The other man with her gave a shake of his head, he was older than her by about seven years, but he’d worked with her enough, that he was used to her dialogue, some would call it attitude, but didn’t even go that far. Aviary worked in a sort of zone, that was hard to explain, and don’t try to figure out how she’s feeling, that just didn’t happen. It was do-able, but you had to push a lot, and a lot of people didn’t care enough about the young woman to help her through, whatever pain she was harboring deep inside.
She’d get this look, this far off look, and almost smile, but that smile held sadness, despair and a loneliness that not many people knew how to handle, so they avoided the subject all together. They kept the conversations work related.
At the young officers silence, she pressed forward, not liking how much time they were wasting, at the rate this was going, they’d never find where Roger Hayden had gone, he’d be two steps ahead of them and they’d find far more bodies than just the young married couple here on the side of the road, left for the scavengers to eat their eyeballs.
“Officer Kincaid! Out with it, we don’t have time to spare, how did Roger Hayden get the hell out of Bell Reve?”
At her tone, the man pulled his gaze from the deformed, bodies and turned his gaze to her, he was new to seeing death, and she had remind herself of that. That it wasn’t normal to see it all the time, to still feel something.
“Yes…well he incapacitated his guards and managed to escape…f-from the camera footage, we were able to recover…it would seem he had the help of a woman in escaping…and from the foot prints left, and the scent the dogs had tracked…we found that, yes he walked to the interstate and someone had given him a ride…it must have been these two…kids”
He said with as much control as he could, it was clear the man was uncomfortable with what had happened, so much for happy-ever-after. Not saying that she and Agent Matthew Weston weren’t disturbed by it, we’ve just had more time to get used to the things, those mad men do.
”Have we been able to locate the vehicle yet, or have we had any sighting of the Psycho Pirate?”
Matt jumped in saving her from having to ask any more questions, as she once again let her eyes run over the area, looking for anything she may have missed, some tire tracks or some blood, just anything else, anything that could point her in the right direction to look for Roger Hayden, before he’d strike again, and she knew he would, people like that, they just don’t stop because they’re out of jail, if anything their first 72 hours could be their most dangerous time, if they have nothing to loose and know they’ll be going back anyway. That it was all a matter of time, this may have very well turned into a waiting game, one she did not want to play.
