OCCUPATION: Orange Lantern Corps Leader ALIGNMENT: NEUTRAL AFFILIATION(S): New Guardians, Orange Lantern Corps PHYSICAL PROFILE HEIGHT: 5'7’’ WEIGHT: 112LB EYES: Yellow HAIR: Brown CLASSFICATION: Ogaaton UNUSUAL FEATURES: Tusks. BEHAVIOR PROFILE Larfleeze is the living embodiment of greed. He cares nothing for those that aren't him, only wanting more and more than he already has. His connection to the Orange Light, however, is not the cause for this; it is merely an amplifier. His past as a thief and his willingness to kill his comrade for the Lantern shows he has been as wretched and greedy before assuming the title of Agent Orange as he is now. Though he despises giving, feeling physical pain from it, he is not above negotiating. However, if things are not going his way, he will often resort to violence to get his way. If nothing else, he will attempt to take as much as he can in the deal while giving as little as possible. He is incredibly protective of the Orange Battery, going so far as to kill another that even looks at his lantern in a way that may seem like they desire it. Paranoid of his possessions being stolen, he guards his territory jealously, nothing more so than his battery. DOCUMENTED HISTORY His past a mystery, what is known of the man that would one day be known as Larfleeze is that, prior to becoming a thief in a guild of five, he was a slave child. The circumstances for this and any details on parentage or family are currently a mystery. As a thief, he and his cohorts desired to pull the greatest heist they had ever committed. Raiding the planet of Maltus, they managed to steal a box and a map, losing one of their partners during the battle. The box, said to contain the sentient fear creature Parallax, was incredibly valuable. The map, however, was worth even more; created by the Guardian Krona, it was said to lead to "something very valuable". Following the map to the planet of Okaara, another of their group was killed in the forests of the world. Stumbling upon a temple, the three remaining thieves found the Orange Power Battery, fighting over who would possess it. Before they could settle their disagreement, the Guardians of the Universe and their Manhunter androids attacked, the power of the Orange Battery killing many. The third member killed, only Larfleeze and Blooch remained. Calling a truce, the Guardians said they would allow one of them to keep the lantern, provided they keep it underground, and that they hand over the box containing Parallax. Agreeing, the two fight to the death to determine a winner, with Larfleeze being the victor and placing an Orange Lantern Ring upon his finger. Declaring Sector 2828 off-limits, none affiliated with the Guardians was allowed to enter for many years. After the even known as the Sinestro Corps War, Green Lantern Corpsmen were forced to enter the sector to track down the large number of Sinestro Corps Rings that had come into it after the battle. Larfleeze allowed this, provided no one were to come to his plant. Seeing this as an opportunity, the Controllers (an offshoot of the Guardians during their split with the Zamarons) journeyed to Okaara to steal the power of the Orange Light, intending to create an army to fight for their control of the universe. Finding the battery, they were swiftly killed by a collection of Orange Lantern Corps members that seemed to appear from nowhere. Considering their treaty broken, Larfleeze sent his construct lanterns to find a Green Lantern Corpsman, attacking him and gravely injuring him, branding him with the mark of Agent Orange before he was recovered and returned to Oa. Once there, a hologram of Larfleeze was appeared to the Guardians from the brand, telling them to give in to his demands or he would declare war on the Corps. The scarred Guardian blasted the message away, saying they would not negotiate with a terrorist. Soon after, the Green Lantern Corps was sent to Okaara, being met by the construct Lanterns of the Orange Lantern Corps. Outmatched, the Green Lanterns were being slaughtered. However, Hal Jordan, possessing a Blue Lantern Ring, came to turn the tides. Intrigued he could not absorb Hal's blue energy, Larfleeze kidnapped him and took him to the temple. There, he negotiated for Hal's blue ring. Eventually relenting, Jordan intended to turn over the ring, but found he was unable to remove it from his finger. Enraged, Larfleeze created an axe constructed, cutting off Hal's hand and taking the ring for himself. This was, however, only an illusion created by Hal's ring. Distracted long enough for the Corps to come and assist Jordan, continuing the battle after Larfleeze realizes the trick. Hal took the Orange Lantern, thinking it would prevent Agent Orange from using the massive amount of constructs for his army, but was taken over by its power. This also fails to stop the Orange Lantern Corps, as Larfleeze has absorbed the powers of his battery over his many years in contact with it. Fighting for control of it, Hal comes to his senses after fully mastering his Blue Ring. Subduing Larfleeze, the Guardians decide that, even if they were to take the lantern from him, another would inevitably find it and use it for themselves. Knowing Larfleeze's location would be preferable to an unknown Agent Orange, so they allow him to keep it. Negotiating a new treaty, Larfleeze learns the location of the Blue Lantern Corps homeworld, sending his army to acquire more rings for him. It was at this time that the cosmic event known as the Blackest Night began. The bodies of all his victims and the fallen Orange Lantern Corpsmen reanimated as Black Lanterns, Larfleeze was helpless against their power, his construct Lanterns all busy attacking the Blue Lantern world. He was saved only by the arrival of the Red Lantern Corps. Atrocitus demands the Orange Battery, but Larfleeze refuses. Saved from the wrath of the Red Lanterns by Hal Jordan, Thaal Sinestro, Saint Walker, Carol Ferris, and Indigo-1, they plead with him to assist them in fighting the Black Lanterns on Earth. Demanding his own Guardian (to which Sayd reluctantly volunteers for) and a planet sized buffet, he agrees to help, traveling to Earth with what would eventually be called the New Guardians. During the battle, Ganthet activated the duplication feature of each person's ring, Larfleeze's finding Lex Luthor as a host. Once the Blackest Night ended, the ring was quickly retrieved, Lex being tossed into the group of heroes by an angry Agent Orange. POWERS AND ABILITIES KNOWN POWERS:

EXAMINATION RECORD It was a cold night on Okaara, even colder for its single resident in the underground Temple of Orange Light. "That's mine, and that's mine, and that's mine, and that one," the hoggish beast muttered as he stalked the grounds of his home, taking account of the numerous treasures, trinkets, and rotten food laying about. A fly buzzed around a rotting piece of meat, quickly snatched out of the air and held uncomfortably close to Larfleeze's face. "No! Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine! Mine! You're mine, too!" He screamed at the insect, as if it could actually comprehend his ranting. He looked it thoughtfully for a moment before placing it in his mouth, barely chewing before he swallowed the bug. Still hungry, Agent Orange began devouring the rotten meat he'd previously guarded. It wasn't long before it had all been consumed, even the bones. He held out his hand, a large, orange beast appearing before him out of his ring. "Get me food," he ordered. His construct snarled, but it did as commanded, leaving the temple and flying out into space to search for sustenance. He occupied himself with more "mine"ing, eating any bits of food he found along the way. Though the end wouldn't be reached for a long time, he was sure of one thing; even then, he wouldn't have enough. subject examined by Doctor Cyber | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0,true][atrb=valign,top][atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=style, width: 40px;] A G E N T O R A N G E |
