Steps. Everything required each and every piece to be mixed around, thrown about and just diluted. The truth needed to be diluted from his ultimate rival, The Batman. And that required minor dealings and details. this however, wasn't minor. Bane had contemplated who was fit to run the ruins of Gotham for when the time comes for a long time. There was the big bads of Gotham to start with. The Joker seemed the most plausible as far as one to stay put and not want to branch further, but wasn't fit. Crane was the most fit and yet, was guaranteed to want to branch further after claiming Gotham for his own. Dent was a coin toss away from blowing the hole deal to pieces and Nygma was far too intelligent to be given such a specific detail as his final plan without him trying to do it himself or worse, intentionally foil it to raise some sort of intellectual superiority in the face of the endgame. The others didn't seem fit. And then he thought about the key detail: Ruins. He'd render Gotham to dust so who better to rebuild an empire from ruins that Pamela. That and he honestly believed that she'd keep to herself if she was given all of Gotham to turn into her own forest.
"Secure the perimeter. Stay out of sight. No-one in or out without my word or signal."
Bane mentioned into a small earpiece as he stared into the Conservatory. A pinnacle of what one would call a paradise. It was quite ironic that so much life could exist within the confines of such a dead city. Well, dead in Bane's eyes anyway. Filled with weak sheep, all depended on their Shepard, the mighty Bat Family. Bane was curious all the same as to how they'd react to their city being reduced to dust. But, that was a task to accomplish after he broke the man behind the Bat. And that was a process that would unfortunately, take time. More than Bane preferred but, he knew from experience. The greatest success came from the most meticulous details. When he first broke Bruce, that detail was clear. And it was vividly brought to his attention upon rendering Richard's leg useless under his bone shattering strike. All the same, Bane knew better than to go for the stealthy approach. You couldn't evade nature, especially here. Instead, he simply walked in from the front door. As he did, numerous vines closed the path behind him. A nice touch he supposed but, he wasn't here to admire the views. He took a few steps in before leaning against an organic wall of vine and simply turned his head to face a certain direction.
"Evening Pamela."
Bane said plainly with a polite demeanor, aiming his glance and voice in the direction he surmised she was. Even for an unfamiliar environment, If you could sneak into Wayne Manor and the Batcave without difficulty, then locating Ivy in her kingdom was a simple enough task as he knew where she was. Not that she was truly hiding anyway he figured. He knew he wasn't a threat to her while inside, that was the point after all. No need to put on on their guard when seeking an alliance.

No one could hide from Poison Ivy, especially stepping into her domain. Anything connected with the Green would alert her keeping her one step ahead. She felt no threat despite who had arrived at her current hide out. A hide out in plain sight, but there seemed to be an understanding between her and the employees that worked in the Conservatory. They did not dare interfere with her being there, and they continued to live long healthy lives doing what they were paid to do.
There were men crawling all over the place in a strategic formation keeping out of sight and silent as perhaps commanded by the one who owned them, but Pamela only observed and held her peace. It was quite obvious that Bane had decided to grace her doorstep with his presence not to harry her but to offer her something. The lethal villain knew enough that it would be no use to get the jump on her, and a slow smile appeared on her blood red lips as he entered through the front door of her domain.
She enjoyed her privacy and as Bane entered, the vines closed him in, thorns dripping with poisons and other deadly toxins ready to infest any open sore or wound from just being touched. The other walls were without thorns, but they moved as if it all shared one heartbeat. She was everywhere and nowhere in particular.
“Bane, to what do I owe the pleasure of this visit?” She said sweetly her voice carried about the room before more vines were pulled back as she entered into the large sun room that looked and felt more like a moist jungle. The goddess of the Green had opted for her signature color of green in a summer gown made of moss with daisies and ivy embellishing the edges and sleeves.
Poison Ivy was followed by her veins as she walked and they amassed and settled about her making a long chaise for her to sit upon as she politely patted the seat next to her daring Bane to sit next to her. “Won’t you have a seat and get comfortable?”

He heeded himself carefully as he observed the moving environment coil and venture around him, noting the locations that were with thorns and not, as even a slight prick could prove vicious in the temperamental environment. And then, he heard the soothing voice call out from the shadowed greenery, amidst the cycling vines and evergreen moving into their incandescent positions without hesitation. And then, he was offered a seat and, after observing the queen of nature before him for a moment, admiring the choice outfit. He took a seat next to her, painting a smile on his face at the comfort the plant offered him.
"I appreciate the hospitality you have shown me. Aside from Harley, you're one of the few of Gotham's dwellers who greet me with such a generous showing of kindness and respect, though Harley is one who has done it more as an act than anything else. True graciousness and respect is rare amongst Gotham's.....underworld you could say is where we fit in, no?"
Bane said in a candid manner as he contemplated the situation at hand. Each Rogue he visited or offered his services too, one thing was for certain, amongst them, there were few intelligent members of Gotham's underworld. Or perhaps intelligence was the wrong word. More like Self-control and definitely sanity. Each of them having their own mania driving their desire's, Even Bane for awhile was in that club. But, Bane and Pamela shared that in common, what they once shared with their fellow Rogue's they no longer did. They just wanted to get what was right for them and to move on from Gotham. The others did not, so bribing them with Gotham was easy. They trusted if nothing else, in Bane's ability to orchestrate the demise of the Bat. After all, he's the only one of them that truly accomplished his plan to do as such. Bane contemplated again as he looked towards Pamela.
"I've been quite busy, as you have surely noted from my last...performance. However, there is still much more to be done, to own Gotham. Or at least, that's what I've been telling the other members of our little underworld as I've visited them and graced them with gifts, presents, and plans to attack. Truth be told however, I tire of Gotham. I wish to sever myself permanently from it and to move on to bigger and better things, much like yourself. Our ideas of bigger and better are quite different but, me and you do share that desire, unlike the others. They remain attached to Gotham for varying reasons. Me and you could care less for it. So, perhaps it's time we rid ourselves of it, permanently. But, before that, I also come bearing gifts."
Bane said as he reached into his pocket. He pulled out several vials. One with a distinct green fluid and another with what appeared to be a silverish, moving fluid of sorts. The advantages of delivering the technology to the Joker is the ability to pay others to...modify and tinker with it's mechanics. Bane cracked his neck as he held them out.
"It's quite fascinating how many experienced biochemists we happen to have in Gotham. When it comes to the toxicology field however, it's likely you're above the rest, even though Crane might argue otherwise. In any matter, one chemical, one modified nanotechnology. These Nanobots are disassembler mites, they break down man made materials into their rawest state. And these vials are of my Venom. Many in Gotham are getting my Venom, as a parting gift of sorts. More so however, to use against our Bat. For my real plan to break the Bat requires him and his whole army to be kept busy and run ragged. And then, to permanently break the Bat, by erasing Gotham from the map, leaving all mad-made materials reduced to dust. Here's the catch however."
Bane said as he opened the vial with the nanomites and poured a small amount onto the ground. And, whether they touched flower, plant, or vine, they did nothing. Simply put, they didn't harm organic beings and structures. They only broke down man made materials, which were not plant life. The test tube itself coated with a layer of bacteria just to keep them in it. And Bane smirked as he then, dropped a small piece of steel on the ground and they swarmed to it, reduced it to a steel, metallic mineral powder. Unable to find them and place them back in, he sealed the tube and looked towards Pamela.
"With that aside, my Venom is something of interest. I've always been curious as to what would happen if it was concocted with varying things, and these things will exhaust the Bat to no end. You're children, gifted with it's properties or the ability to infect. I'm sure Joker and Crane have already worked on infusing it into their special potions. Gotham will be rendered a warzone to give me time to devise the weapon. And when Gotham is leveled, there will be plenty of fertile soil to render the chaos into rebirth, if you catch my meaning."

There was a certain amount of bravery for anyone to take Poison Ivy up on her offer to come close enough for the goddess of green to touch. Luckily, her curiosity was enough to consider hearing Bane out first. She could hear his heart beating as he made himself as comfortable as one such as he could be, heard the rush of his blood through his veins as the green told him all, how easy it would be to increase the flora in him to make his visit quite uncomfortable while turning him into a mindless pawn as useful as a marionette puppet without a master.
Even the Joker would not be so foolish to underestimate her. Yes, he had some immunity over the toxins that had caused his ‘change’, but it was as simple as raising various levels in his body, overgrowth of a particular bacteria at her very command and even that joking jerk would allow her to have the last laugh as he had to run himself to the toilet with a waste basket in his lap. Definitely an amusing image and something he would perhaps appreciate after it passes…if it passed.
Those ruby colored lips curved into a slow, sensual smile that could be similar to predator and prey, but equal could be more accurate as the over-sized man sat in her domain as if they were about to have a cup of tea. “Please do tell me why you have sought me out, Bane, I am simply riveted to know,” she said softly as she leaned in closer, but not touching him.
A brow rose, a liquid movement that also lifted up the corners of her soft mouth and plump lips as she listened to his proposal. It was no secret what her plans were for her children. The green’s influence diminishing as callous humans chopped down rain forests and cutting costs while polluting the very planet that they needed to survive. The world was better off without their greed, their waste. It was no longer time to just be anger, but to seek out vengeance globally; Gotham was not enough for her, a finger and a pinkie at that.
She listened and watched Bane, the sensual little smile returned as he mentioned Crane, but not a word was said as she accepted the small vials silently awaiting an explanation. Nanotech and venom, her gaze met Bane’s as he mentioned it being a parting gift. It was understood what his game was to wear Batman down before breaking him entirely. Family, army, with as many rogues up to their usual and Bane trying to coin on it all, there was some viability into it. Her eyes gleamed as he mentioned his desires for Gotham’s future the part about ‘man-made materials reduced to dust’ had a nice ring to it.
Her expression grew dark as he opened one of the vials and poured the nanomites onto the ground already her mind was ready to act if he meant to cause harm, but nothing happened. Those eyes watched hungrily as Bane put these nanomites to the test by dropping steel on it reducing it to dust. All of the nanomites running off in various directions like tapping a tune in her mind gathering them up meticulously winding them up as she accepted the two vials before a tiny green vine coiled like a pig’s tail appeared like a green garden snake, marching the nanomites into the empty vial like lemmings.
Listening intently, Bane mentioned that his venom was also given to Joker and Crane curious to see what they were up to with it and then Poison Ivy gave another smile as again he mentioned what his true plan was. He was right; it did tantalize her to see Gotham’s concrete jungle turned into a real jungle. “And what do you need for me to do?” She then asked contemplation in her voice, while it dripped with curiosity and a degree of what could be mistaken for delight.

A careful study of anyone could tell when they were and were not on your side of things. The only exception of this belonged to the most skilled of sociopaths along the lines of Crane and Bane himself. No matter the case though, Bane knew one thing for certain: He'd need to utilize all the capacities of those around him in varying ways in order to render Gotham off the face of the Earth. Bane pondered for a moment as he carefully listened to the contemplations of Ivy, her poise suggesting that she needed more information.
"First of all, a true partnership. Many of them are waning and back and forth. However, since ninety percent of our goals coincide with one another, perhaps it's best that we take our capacities to a grander level. And when this is done, we are partners ruling over that which we carry. Men for me, Nature for you. Upon accomplishing this task, I will be granted rule over the League of Assassin's you see."
Bane said with a sharp revel in his tone, poignant in his big surprise that no other was aware of. A man of Bane's intellect and capacity over the League would make things all the better. Bane contemplated different things that would entail but before any of that could be accomplished, he'd first have to cement his victory.
"No offense to our friend Ra's however, despite his 'ideals' being similar to yours, the truth of the matter that we both now is his ideal world and methods are outdated. Not to mention his obsession with having a legacy and what that bred. No matter, one of the first actual tasks I'd need from you is transportation. You see, the device to ruin Gotham is rather....intricate and large. Numerous pieces to better state facts. Moving them in vans would be easily discovered. Underground via the roots of Gotham's plantlife however...."
Bane said as his mouth coiled into a smirk, himself knowing fully well that Ivy would understand his plan for the manipulation and his plans overall in general. He then turned to look directly towards Pamela, reminiscing then about an old meeting with Crane and how appealing that wasn't.
"...also, as an 'extra' gift of sorts, Crane found himself able to question me about my psyche. It turns out that my Venom and his Fear Toxin render me immobile and tachycardia quickly followed in that regard. When this is all said and done, render him.....naturalized. Also, since you're the most capable, I want a special surprise to be used on a....good friend....of the Bats. Do you think you're capable of creating a mixture of your children's toxins, Crane's, The Jokers, and my Venom into an...ultimate combination....that would not "immediately" kill it's victim. Give them say....one hour to live. Alongside that, steal their formulas as you wish. Part of the plan was since they are going to so blatantly use it with my Venom that it'll be out in the open for you. But I digress, This particular batch will need to be modified for a man in his late sixties..."
Bane said as he partially revealed a final part of his plan to Pamela, the biggest plan of all to break the Bat was to break the man. He made the mistake of doing it the other way around the first time. And what better way to break the man than to start at the foundation. Bane chuckled to himself at the thought, unsure of how Pamela would take to murdering that old soul with such a lethal mixture.
"...We could even make it contagious as well with us immunized. For now however, the most important thing is quite simply....play nice with the idiots. Well, foul mouthed, bird-like midget and four idiots to be more precise. As much as I detest Cobblepot, he's the only one of them that isn't completely mad, for now anyway. No matter, how long do you think it would take you to experiment with the children to produce Venom spores that create....mindless versions of myself, along the other things we've discussed?"

It might have been easy enough to study people especially those that did not know any better. Since Bane arrived in her lair, Poison Ivy was unreadable except for her usual sunshine behavior. She was rarely the one skipping about in maniacal glee and doing back flips while wielding a huge hammer to convey emotions. The goddess of the Green could be rather difficult to actually read by body language and expression alone. It was not something she would easily reveal to even those she trusted.
Her lips were pursed as if she was in thought as Bane proposed his idea. It seemed that his ultimate goal was to be granted the League of Assassin. Bringing down the house of Bat and Bird while inflicting as much pain and mental anguish as she could to the resident vigilante of Gotham was just the perk. A majority of her ideals were floating out there having did many things to garner the fear of the various citizens that she inflicted her rage on, but frankly she felt that they all deserved it. However, it did not sit well that people knew her own agenda so intimately as if she was a specimen to be studied.
She had still not said a word, but her gaze never dropped from the hulking man that had come for a visit. Her first task was conveyance which was easy enough understanding how important it was to not be detected until everything was in place. The verdant beauty continued to listen as Bane mentioned Crane. “He does so love to create his own mixture of havoc.” Poison Ivy simply said and it sounded interesting what happened to Bane when his venom and Crane's fear toxin mixed. It was not that surprising that Bane wanted him neutralized, and an unreadable thought danced across her features as if she was trying to figure out that little piece of the puzzle.
Poison Ivy crossed her arms about her chest and her legs were crossed at the ankles as she relaxed against the back while Bane's next request was offered up. The cocktail he was hoping for would be a rather nasty piece of work, but intricate and elegant in the way it killed. The over-sized man wanted it timed though which made it even trickier. All of the components were pretty volatile to begin with, but to combine them...
An involuntary shudder ran through her body as she exhaled softly and looked relaxed once more. She would not know what she was getting herself into fully until she tried though a gleam appeared at the challenge. There was mention on how intelligent Bane was and there was boasting that he had learned various scientific disciplines, but if he was asking her, he either was too 'busy' to do it himself or that he believed she could do a better job. She did not know which reason would matter.
When he added how 'we' could make it contagious with immunizations, her frown deepened as she contemplated all that was necessary to make it all happen. It was the last question that made her look puzzled and tilt her head as she drew closer to Bane. Her hand was upon his thighs as she looked and met his gaze. “So let me get this straight. You wish for me to provide conveyance to your plans to ensure that there is secrecy until we can drop a bomb underneath Gotham. While that is happening you want me to neutralize Crane, make an insanely intricate and elegance piece of art with the rogue's arsenals, make a few children that can sully about Venom spores as well as vegetable clones?” She wondered if she had fallen into a time pocket, but there was no mention of his other requests until the very end in the form of a question. Why did it all sound like a shopping list that was being passed over to her.
Her eyes narrowed as she moved closer piercing Bane's personal bubble, the vines moving in closer as she seemed to move like a snake. “A tall order that is not something that can be done over night. Several months, but pray tell what do you intend to be doing while I am...'cooking'.”

"The part of Crane you misunderstand slightly. You may render him at any point, before, during or after our plan. But, he is not the priority in this matter."
Bane stated in a matter of fact sort of manner, displaying his keen understanding of the situation Ivy was in for a moment before chuckling for a moment as he stood up and slid a blade from his pocket to the palm of his hand, the blade clearly in a passive placement flat on his palm as he held it open.
"As for what I'm doing, there are a couple things. I'm organizing the lunatics, giving them subtle directions and more importantly, making sure none of them reveal too much. Everything I'm doing has a greater purpose, as it all is a part of my Society's grand plans. However, no good plan can go off when a deductive intellect like Br...Actually, there is no real reason to keep it to my self, since we're partners after all."
Bane said with a smirk towards Ivy, intentionally baiting the line to catch her attention for a moment. He chose many people to be vague and veiled with. To earn her true trust however, she'd need to know. Things even Lex and Cyber did not. Bane cracked his neck for a moment.
"My Society, which I'm sure has approached you, is preparing a maneuver to eliminate the Justice League, and our friendly Batman is the necessary first. But, I've learned from the last time, you can't just break the bat. You must also break the man and the spirit. His spirit, is Gotham. And the man....is Bruce Wayne. And we break him by using that....special formula...and have him watch the man that means more to him than anything. More than the Birds. More than Talia and even more than his son: the butler Alfred. He will watch, powerless as he not only dies but, will be forced fight him until his last breath. Once Batman is no more, the League will no longer have his cunning, intellect, and capacity to identify and counter our plans. In short, Batman is the brains of the League. Without him, they are just a bunch of metahumans, are they not?"
Bane unveiled towards Ivy as while in the process of doing so, he clenched his fist, hard. The clenching causing a stream of blood to drip from his hand, though he paid no mind to it whatsover, it was a simple message he was making with that statement anyway.
"The power and ability of the Society compounded with the League of Assassins will be more than enough to strike a lethal blow to the Justice League, while killing millions, even billions, in the process. As for the timing, take as much time as you need with the formulas, I plan on also moving in and out of Gotham to force our friend to chase me and exhaust himself. But before that, I'm going to be making personal visits to anyone that even remotely allies with him. Much like Nightwing, a show I assume you enjoyed, I will break them all. Starting with our the little birdy's old flame, yes. I will deliver a very.....intimate message....to her to deliver to them. The same message I first gave Bruce when we fought at the docks: No-one is safe from me so long as he's unable to kill me."
Bane grinned wickedly at the thought as he then stood up towards Pamela for a moment and glanced towards her, before coming up with an interesting thought.
"By the way.....any prize you find, you may keep. And when it's all said and done, I'll return the favor you're doing for me against Crane. From what I understand, you are on friendly terms with a certain woman we know. One with a certain....attachment issue....one I could work on shattering with my unique qualifications on the matter. As well as protect her from further....danger. If you catch my meaning. If you are fine with dealing with Crane, I will assign myself as her guardian and his destroyer."
Bane said as he then, outstretched the hand with the blade in it, dropping the blade and extending the bleeding hand to her. The fact he was willing giving her access to an open wound for a handshake was suicidal for most but in this case, it was him giving his word and showing how serious he was about all this in general.
"In most instances of a deal, it is customary to shake upon a successful agreement, is it not? And yes, I am fully aware of the dangers. But, Rogues are far and few between of earning trust. I can't stop you from killing me should you choose to upon this handshake. But, it does not matter, I am a man of my word. And this is my word in blood, Senorita Isley."
Bane said, the last bit of it showing his hispanic dissent distinctly as his accent rolled his r's more consistently than he normally does. No matter the situation, he was still in this deal to the end.

Poison Ivy gave nothing away at Bane’s correction of the part regarding Crane. She nodded at least her understanding as she then watched the visitor pull out a knife placing it in the palm of his hand. It was ignored knowing that with a command, the rogue could end up in a very ugly and painful place. There was no need to fight fear, no there would be other things that one had to deal with from being turned into a mindless slave to something a lot more painful. Who even wanted to forget how powerful her vines were. Even if Bane sliced through them, others would soon overpower him squeezing him like a python turning even cars into crushed tin cans.
She did not need a touch, but she already touched his leg not even receiving a flinch from him. It made her wonder if the rogue truly knew what she was capable of, or just did not seem to care. Patience was the name of this mask, as she listened to his plans. The slip made her raise a brow taking the bait, letting him think he was making her his little plaything.
Batman, the Justice League, and suddenly he shared with her the legendary super-hero’s secret identity. Again, she gave no other emotions except interest as he mentioned breaking the man and spirit. His reasoning seemed to make some sense taking it all in like a sponge. One thing she has learned however is that even if one leader is removed, there is always another one ready to step into place.
Her breath caught as he clenched his hand into a fist with the knife still laying upon his palm causing his blood to drip from his hand. This simple message, statement could very well be the death of the rogue, strengthened with concocted Venom, and some would consider a very intelligent individual. She listened as he mentioned taking everyone that Batman cared for, hitting them all, destroying them and hurting them to hurt the man behind the cape and cowl who was the spirit of Gotham.
When Harley was mentioned and hinting on destroying even Joker to keep her friend safe for Crane’s head, she wondered how much her friend would despise her. It would be for her own good if Harley carved the man a red smile and bury him six feet deep, but it was never as simple as that despite being rogues, villains, there was still something there that made them who they were. The unstable Harley Quinn would just find someone to be her Joker. She said nothing listening taking in all that Bane had to offer. Then he outstretched the cut hand to her in a handshake, while she stared at it with a pensive expression upon her features. How easy it would be to end the man with such a plan. Even if Batman would not end the rogue’s life, Poison Ivy had no remorse for taking a life.
Pamela listened to the man’s plan and he wished to shake on it with the cut hand. Even though she could control her poison touch, it did not mean that there would still not be some serious consequences and most of that could even be beyond her control. This was not necessarily a statement of trust so instead she proposed another alternative not taking the man’s hand. “It is not a matter of trust, but if you wish to continue your plans, I will avoid a handshake of blood. I do see and understand what you wish while doing what you requested.”
The goddess of the Green rose from where she sat and her vines lifted her up to stand face to face with the rogue named Bane. A smile appeared as she gently placed a chaste kiss upon his cheek. “Consider this better than a bloody handshake and that a deal has been agreed upon.” Then her vines placed her carefully on the ground. “Please see your way out. If you want any of this done soon I will need my space. Good evening, Senor Bane.”
