Basic Information:
Real name: Michael Jon Carter
Current Alias: Booster Gold, Supernova
Gender: Male
Age: 29
Occupation: Timemaster, Hero
Marital Status: Single
Alignment: Good
Affiliation(s): The Justice League, The Time Masters (both current)
Characteristics
Height: 6'1
Weight: 210 Pounds
Eyes: Blue
Hair: Blonde
Character Type: Human
Description: He has the look of an athlete. Broad shoulders, muscular frame, wears a yellow and black suit with futureistic and/or very powerful equipment. Has visors that cover his eyes.
Personality
Selfish: It has been shown over and over again that Booster is a very selfish person, originally getting into heroics for his own personal gain. Money, Power, and Greed were all flaws that drove Booster to becoming the next level of "low". This is almost a thing of the past, but you know what they say about people: Sometimes they never change. Booster is working on this, but it's easier said than done for our golden star.
Jerk: He isn't a very nice guy. If there's some way that he can belittle someone, blame them or make themselves look bad to make him look good, than Booster Gold loves those kinds of things. He doesnt have the heroic attitude that most people love about a Super-Hero. If he thinks someone is an idiot, than he will flat out say that, and if he doesn't like somebody, his opinion rarely changes over time.
Headstrong: Booster has an ego to match Darkseid. If there is some way to make himself look better or BE better, than he won't stop until he has that achievement. The same goes for battles. He would rather fight to the end and die than be a coward and show weakness.
Lack Of Reason: There is very little understanding of Booster to most heroes, because he thinks differently. His sense of reason is out of whack, to any normal or sane person. Sure, he would go out of his way to save lives like any hero would, but his method's are unique. And by saying "unique" the meaning is that he has horrible tactics in exactly "how" to save lives or stop something terrible. Another thing he has to work on in his personality is his reasoning. An example: In 52, he blew out the power trying to fight a radioactive submarine monster! Smart man! Horrible tactics!
Bad Role-Model:[/b] Booster lives his life to the fullest. This means that most of the time he likes to do things "his way" and create problems for other people to fix. He is also the kind of person to engage in drinking contests or anything a religious zellet would consider: "SINFUL" or "EVIL". But this isn't saying Booster Gold is a bad guy. He just likes to use different methods that alienate him sometimes from the Justice League.
Gun-HO!: Mr. Carter likes to jump the gun or overdo things frequently if either: he knows he can, or if he feels that is the only option. Most of the time it's the second reason, and this personality trait of our over-eager hero comes hand in hand with him being a total jerk and bad role-model. He enjoys a good fight, and he likes to be one of the first to partake in anything that has to do with fighting or apprehending if he can.
Good Person: Overall, even though he has all of these horrible charecter traits going against him, Booster Gold is a very good person. He will sacrafice himself for the right thing, and knows that as long as he breathes, he will help those in need and bring the evil to justice. He can be a jerk while doing it, but overall, Booster's choices swing to the good guys.
Anger: There is another thing that fuel's Gold's belief in bettering himself or stopping someone. It has been shown, that Booster can be almost mentally unstable when he is angry or something doesn't go the way he wants or plans. Either way, this could work positively or negatively to his lifestyle. The only way it could be used for something possitive would be the apprehension of evil and monsterous people/things.
Destruction: Booster Gold has a natural ability to destroy things, or ruin lives. He was born with this curse, and it makes his life increasingly difficult as a hero, when he's constantly destroying city property to stop "the bad guy". Its a natural ability that he could do without, but still has. Part of the problem is that he doesn't think when he fights all too well. Another being that he has terrible war tactics. If you mix those two together, you create mass destruction: A.K.A. Booster Gold.
IDIOT!: Lack of reasoning and a headstrong personality mix to create the failure known as Booster. Everyone but him and Skeets think his methods are rather idiotic. He has been working on this, but let one thing be known: There will always be a moment in someones life if they've met Booster Gold, that they thought about him in this way: "WHY THE HELL IS HE DOING THAT?"
Optimistic: One of his few positive traits, he's always eager to look forward and see how much he can change things for the better. That might not be what's best, but Booster likes to keep moving forward and get better at his accomplishments, with these baby-steps.
History
Michael Jon Carter was born poor in the "Gotham City" of the 25th century. He and his sister Michelle never knew their father because he left after gambling away all their money. Luckily for Michael, he was a gifted athlete and he managed to get into Gotham University on a football scholarship. In college, Booster becomes a star quarterback with a bright future. But then his father reenters his life and convinces him to bet on games and then throw them. He is exposed and his once bright future is shattered. He takes a job as a night watchman at the Metropolis Space Museum, where he begins to study displays about superheroes and villains from the past, particularly the 20th century. With the help of a security robot named Skeets, Michael steals devices from the museum displays, including a Legion of Super-Heroes flight ring and Brainiac 5's force-field belt. He uses Rip Hunter's time machine, also on display in the museum, to travel to the 20th century, intent on becoming a superhero and forming a corporation based around himself to make a comfortable living. As such, he is a shameless self-promoter whose obsession with fame and wealth irritates other heroes.
Carter's nickname as a football player was "Booster", but his chosen 20th century superhero name was "Goldstar". After saving the president, Carter mangles the two names, causing the president (at the time Ronald Reagan) to introduce him as "Booster Gold." The name stuck.
Booster Gold is originally based in Metropolis, the home city of Superman. He starts his hero career by preventing the shape-shifting assassin Chiller, an operative of The 1000, from killing the president of the United States and replacing him. With the public exposure he gains from this rescue, Booster is quickly able to sign a multitude of commercial and movie deals. During Booster's superhero career, his sister Michelle Carter, powered by a magnetic suit, follows in his footsteps as the superheroine Goldstar. She dies soon after while battling creatures from another dimension, leaving him devastated. Amassing a small fortune, Booster founds Goldstar, Inc. (later Booster Gold International) as a holding company and hires Dirk Davis to act as his agent. During the Millennium event, Davis reveals that he is a Manhunter in disguise and has siphoned money from Booster's accounts for months in hopes of leaving Booster no choice but to do the Manhunters' bidding. Although the Manhunters are ultimately defeated, Booster is left bankrupt.
Booster Gold is a key character in the late '80s/early '90s Justice League revamp by writers Keith Giffen and J. M. DeMatteis. Booster Gold is frequently partnered with fellow Justice League member Blue Beetle, and the two quickly become best friends. Among the duo's more notable appearances include a stint as superhero repo men and the construction of a gaming resort, Club JLI, on the living island Kooey Kooey Kooey.
After one too many disgraces and longing for the reputation he once had, Booster quits the League to found The Conglomerate, a superhero team whose funding is derived from corporate sponsors. Booster and his team are determined to perform as legitimate heroes but find that their sponsors compromise those values far too often. The Conglomerate re-forms several times after Booster rejoins the League, though without much success.
When an alien of awesome power comes to Earth on a rampage, it is Booster Gold who coins the name Doomsday for it. In the ensuing battle with Doomsday, Booster's costume is destroyed. Blue Beetle is able to design a new (albeit bulkier) costume to replace it, although this costume often malfunctions. During a later battle with Devastator a servant of the Overmaster, Booster is nearly killed and loses an arm. Again, Blue Beetle comes to his aid, designing a suit that acts as a life support system in addition to replicating the powers of Booster's previous costumes. This suit also includes a cybernetic arm to replace the arm Booster had lost.
After the Justice League falls apart, Booster Gold joins Extreme Justice, a team led by Captain Atom. While a member of this team, Booster makes a deal with the super-villain Monarch, who fully heals Booster's wounds so that he can once again remove his battle suit. Booster dons a new costume created by Blue Beetle with Skeets acting as the mainframe systems controller, who aids Booster and is even able to take control of the costume if Booster is rendered unconscious.
Following the disbanding of Extreme Justice, this suit is destroyed. A new costume is created by Professor Hamilton, based on the designs of both the original 25th century costume and the energy containment suit Superman was wearing at this time. This costume is apparently later tweaked to resemble Booster's original costume more closely.
After the events depicted in the limited series Identity Crisis, in which Sue Dibny is murdered, Booster Gold hangs up his costume and retires from crime-fighting only to once again assume the role to help Blue Beetle discover who is manipulating Kord Industries. Booster is badly injured in an explosion at Kord's home, and it is revealed that his companion Skeets has been dismantled for its 25th-century technology by the Checkmate organization.
Booster Gold's farewell to Fire.In The OMAC Project limited series, Booster Gold gathers the old Justice League International heroes to investigate Blue Beetle's disappearance. At the series' end, he is ruined physically and emotionally, having destroyed much of his gear in the fight against the OMACs. He has seen his friend Rocket Red die in battle. He has discovered another friend, Maxwell Lord, is responsible for killing Blue Beetle and that in fact, Lord has always hated superheroes. He has also lost his trust toward the other heroes of the DC universe. In a moment of self-reflection, he realizes that if only he had bothered to recall more of what was history in his native era, he might have been able to warn his friends. Giving a farewell kiss to the forehead of his wounded teammate Fire as she lay in a hospital bed, he drops his trademark goggles on the floor and leaves, saying only that he has decided to "go home", the implication being a return to the 25th century.
In the pages of Infinite Crisis, Booster Gold resurfaces in the ruins of the Justice League's Watchtower on the moon, along with Skeets, again branded as a criminal in his time for "hijacking historical records". When Skeets fails to locate the absent Martian Manhunter, Booster searches for Jaime Reyes, the new Blue Beetle, whom he promptly takes to the Batcave. Booster tells Batman the subject of the stolen records: Batman never finds Brother Eye, but Booster implies that, with Jaime's aid, they can succeed. The mission is successful, and Booster plays a pivotal role in the destruction of the satellite.
In the aftermath of the Infinite Crisis, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman have temporarily retired their costumed identities, and the remaining heroes attend a memorial for Superboy in Metropolis. Booster Gold attends the memorial, but when Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman do not arrive as he expects, he suspects his robot sidekick Skeets is malfunctioning and becomes hysterical. After Skeets reports other incorrect historical data,Booster searches fellow time traveler Rip Hunter's desert bunker for answers, but finds it littered with enigmatic scrawled notes. Booster finds photos of himself and Skeets surrounded by the words "his fault" with arrows pointing toward them.
Booster is seemingly angered when a mysterious new superhero named Supernova appears in Metropolis. His reputation ruined by his various unscrupulous dealings in pursuit of publicity and sponsorship deals, Booster tries to regain the spotlight by containing an explosion, but appears to be killed in the attempt. Skeets uses Booster's ancestor, Daniel Carter, to regain access to Hunter's lab, where he sees the photos and arrows pointing at him. Skeets traps Carter in a time loop in the bunker and sets out to locate Hunter himself.
Supernova meets with Rip Hunter in the Bottle City of Kandor, and Hunter examines a number of high-tech items Supernova has brought him. When Skeets discovers the two, Supernova reveals himself to be Booster Gold and fights him, revealing how he and Rip Hunter used time travel to fake his death and create a rivalry between Booster and himself as Supernova. Hunter and Booster attempt to trap Skeets in the Phantom Zone, but Skeets appears to eat the subdimension and pursues his two adversaries through time.
During the World War III miniseries, Booster appears at various points in time. He tries to steal a missile, but leaves after realizing that he appeared before it was launched. Booster later appears before Steel and Natasha Irons, stealing the nanobot missile they were about to use on Black Adam, saying he needs it more than they and that it wouldn't have worked for its original purpose anyway; Booster promptly disappears. During his time-hopping mission, he briefly stops in the far future, robbing the Dominators of an experimental weapon designed to deal with time-travelers. Trying to explain his situation to the alien warlords, he makes them suspicious as they mistake his rant of "having to save 52 worlds" as a warning that the Earth and 52 unnamed worlds are going to invade them after Booster's raid.
Booster returns to the present, using T.O. Morrow as bait to draw out Skeets. Skeets reveals itself to be Mister Mind in disguise, having used Skeets' shell as a cocoon to evolve into a being capable of devouring the Multiverse. Booster and Rip flee into the timestream with Skeets' remains and return to the end of "Infinite Crisis". Rip and Booster witness the birth of the new Multiverse, made up of fifty-two identical worlds. Mr. Mind attempts to trap Booster and Rip in the Phantom Zone, but is stopped by Supernova (actually Daniel Carter, who was saved from the time loop he was trapped in by Rip and given Michael's outfit), who restores the Phantom Zone to its original place. Mr. Mind then devours years and events of each of the fifty-two worlds, altering their history in the process. The real Skeets gives Booster a pep talk which inspires him to stop Mind.
Booster travels to the day after the end of Crisis on Infinite Earths on "New Earth", where he retrieves the Blue Beetle scarab from a younger Ted Kord. Using the scarab, along with Suspendium stolen by Rip Hunter, Skeets' mangled shell and Supernova's powers, Rip, Booster and Daniel trap Mister Mind inside Skeets and hurl it into the timestream, trapping Mr. Mind within a repeating time loop. As a reward for helping save the Multiverse, Rip downloads Skeets' programming into a spare Responsometer. Rip, Booster, and Daniel decide to keep the existence of the new Multiverse a secret.
Will Magnus then repairs Skeets using the Responsometer, although Skeets has no memory of the last year. Meanwhile, Daniel Carter decides to keep the Supernova costume and begin his own superhero career. His resolution weakening with time, he starts using the suit to play video games instead, because he does not need to eat, drink, or sleep while wearing it.
Since his beginning, characters with the DC Universe have hinted that there is a greater purpose to Booster Gold than even he knows.
During the Millennium Event, Harbinger reveals to Martian Manhunter that Booster is descended from The Chosen, and that he must be protected due to his involvement in elevating the human race. In fact, it is revealed Booster was destined to come to the past to protect him from an unknown event in the future. In 52, Issue 52, Rip Hunter and Booster's ancestor, Daniel, discuss Booster. Rip states that the moment Booster helped save the multiverse from Mr. Mind would be remembered in the future as the start of Booster Gold's "glory years". Later, in the new Booster Gold series, Rip hints at a 'Carter heroic legacy'. It is then revealed that Booster is important to the Time Masters, as he will train 'the greatest of them all'.
It is finally revealed that Booster is, in fact, the start of the Time Masters, and that all his family, starting with son Rip, will go down as great heroes, save Booster, who is seen as the only loser of the bunch, though to the Carters he will be remembered as the greatest of them all and honored for the sacrifices he made.
Booster Gold returned to the past, the fulfill the rest of his "glory years" protecting all that he could with a change in motives as to why he was saving the lives of people with his gifts. He wasn't in it for the money. Nor the fame. Although he enjoyed both of those things and didn't mind it in the least. He did it to stop any future disaster. Skeets accompanies him, still although Booster found a way to make sure Skeets was actually Skeets in visiting his son, Rip Hunter in the future and learning how to spot the kinks and hacks if Skeets ever has any. Booster would spend the next decade of his life saving the world, and learning more about what it's actually like to be a Hero.
Powers and Abilities
Known Powers: He has no known Meta-Human abilities.
Known Abilities:
Athlete: Booster has shown an incredible deal of athletic ability. In the 25th century, he was a huge sports star. Now he spends his time as Gold, training like crazy early in the morning, every morning to have his body keep up with looks and strength to his equipment. What he used to specialize in when he was in Highschool and College-
Football: He was a Football star throughout all of Highschool, and was good enough to go to college on a full scholarship and play as that College's quarterback. You usually have to be an incredible athlete with some drive to do something like that. In Booster's case, most of it was Natural Ability. The rest was hard work. Considering he had family problems, he couldn't do Football in College, and hopefully go Pro, but this is a definate example of Booster's skills as an athlete.
Boxing: Booster has a fighter's spirit. During his days in Highschool, Booster specilized in two sports. Boxing was one of them. This was another sport he could have gone Pro at, but in the end he didn't want to mess up his body as a Pro fighter, so he just stuck himself to throwing "The Old Pigskin", instead. Booster fights like a Boxer. Quick, powerful and messy. Most of the time, sheer force works for him. When he fightts against a martial arts master, though... the results are totally different.
Skeet's Maintenance: After the events of 52, Booster never really trusted Skeets, again, fearing the possibility that Skeets could be hacked. Learning from Rip Hunter, how to fix and debug or spot entities in Skeets if everything goes wrong, Booster keeps this skill close, because even though Skeets helps him with catastrophies, Skeets could vary well cause a disruption and change in the Space-Time Continuem, changing the very fabric of time itself, from the 21st century on. Time Travel is a vary dangerous thing. Booster has to know everything, if he can stop anything.
Equipment Master: His power relies on his equipment. And Booster KNOWS his equipment form the inside out. He can't repair anything, but he definatly knows how to use all of this dangerous equipment and use it's power for productivity. An example would be: Saving a plane full of citizens with his Power Flight Ring and Power Suit.
POWER UP!: Booster has been shown to sometimes push the limits of his equipment. Whether it was lifting something HUGE with his shields, or other things. He likes to Power-Up his weapons as last ditch efforts to prove his worth or win. Sometimes the strain of the equipment backfires, but he does this so seldom that it's pretty rare for him to see unless he's desperate to win.
Strength Level: He has peak human strength on his own, but with his equipment, has Superhuman Strength, capable of lifting a maximum of around 250 tons. (if his equipment doesnt break or malfunction).
Weaknesses:
Human: Without his equipment, Booster is vunerable to any attacks. And sometimes even WITH his equipment, can be overpowered by great force or beaten down by great skill. Basically, Booster Gold has no Meta-Human regeneration, is able to get sick, injured, and can die at any given moment like any civilian.
Idiot... Sadly, even though Booster is a very intelligent man, when he wants to be, he doesn't have the common sense to see through the situation. His tactics and and hunger for a good fight have already proven that sometimes, he takes on more than he can chew. Thinking Inside the Box is a little Different than Thinking Outside!
Lack of Credibility: In everyone's eyes, he is a nessisary evil. Even the JLA have contemplated whether or not his decision would bite them back, later if they made him a member. Basically, he has lost a great deal of trust from anyone, making him friendless and alone. You have to EARN trust from people. Booster doesn't have that, and hasn't really proven his true heroism to the world. Besides stopping Mr. Mind from the end of the world, Booster hasn't really been much of a savior or help to mankind. Only a burden.

Accessories
Equipment:
Legion Flight Ring: The standard Flight Ring employed by the adult-Legion of Super-Heroes member, made of a particular alloy named valorium, bestows his/her owner with flight abilities. It is the only piece of equipment stolen from the Space Museum which has survived to the most recent version of Booster's suit unscathed. Its origins differ slightly between the 1987 and the 2008 series, but in both origins it's revealed that the ring originally was the one held by Brainiac 5, willingly given or stolen.
Power Suit: Ok...This is the source of most of Booster's power, and should be split up into groups, describing it's multiple abilities.
Strength: One of Booster's Powersuit functions that copied The Blue Superman suit was Enhanced Strength. With Booster's human prowess, the suit can lift at a maximum from 20 to 30 tons. It would still put strain on Booster's body, lifting heavy objects like that, but the strain would only be around a hundred times less the weight of the actual object. This goes without saying, Booster does work hard in the suit.
Speed (Flight Speed): Another Enhanced Ability, not only can Booster Time-Travel (although he rarely does it, for fear of altering time) but his suit gives him the ability of flight. On his own, he has peak human speed, but with the suit on his body, he can go at a flight speed of anywhere between 1-10 Mach's (Exact recordings unknown).
Defense Shield: This is Booster's protection. His "impenitrable fortress" if you will. When the sheilds go on, it creates a virtually indestructable barrior that protects Booster from any certain harm as long as it's on. It's essential to his protection, and he uses it with care.
Time-Travel Circuitry: Originally reliant to a Time-Sphere from chronal transportation, Booster Gold has shown during the OMAC Project events the ability to travel back and forth from the 25th century on his own volition. His association with Rip Hunter came with upgraded time circuitry woven into his costume, allowing him to travel safely the time-stream, sense and repair chronal anomalies, at the cost of a permanent link with Rip Hunter equipment, to allow the more experienced time-traveller to provide counseling and guidance.
Gauntlets:Originally on display as the exotic weaponry of an alien warlord, and using the same energy cells of the suit, the gauntlets contain powerful blasters, able to plow at their maximum setting through two solid feet of concrete. THAT'S A LOT OF FIREPOWER!
Visors: Booster's visor is outfitted with both sensory amplification devices (both auditory and visual) and a HUD for targeting and threat-identification, along with broad scanning along the electromagnetic spectrum, providing infra-red, ultraviolet, and X-ray vision. It's described by Michael Carter as lightweight as a pair of contact lenses, and albeit it has been shown as unable to protect his wearer by sudden flashes of blinding light, it provides a measure of protection.
Skeets: Booster's trusted friend and companion, Skeets will always be with Booster to the end as his advisor. Having knowledge of the past, he is a great benefit to Booster's knowledge of what "will happen". Although slightly annoying, he is Booster's best friend.

Sample Role Play Post
[yellow]"Sir...Wake up sir! You have a schedule to follow."[/yellow]
Michael swung his fist at the flying yellow robot that circled him in hsi bed. His hair bulged up as his face buried into his pillow. It was 4:30 in the morning. Just once in his life, Michael wanted to sleep for more than two hours. But crime never rested. It never gave a thought of peace. He had been doing this for months, and still hadn't gotten much used to the new sleep schedule. As his fists barraged at Skeets, the shiny metal nuisance dodged them all while circling Booster in the air even faster.
[yellow]"MICHAEL, YOU GET YOUR DUMB ASS UP RIGHT NOW OR I SWEAR TO GOD, I'LL-"[/yellow]
[yellow]"Jesus! Skeets!! Why do you do this every morning? Here I was having an AWESOME dream and YOU SHOW UP!"[/yellow]
The shiny robot moved close to his face. It's shiny body reflected Michael's appearance. He looked like a hung over slob. The only thing that pissed off Michael more than crime-fighting was when little Miss Sunshine woke him up every morning. Really ruins your day to know that your mother's a flying toaster. Glaring at Skeets in that split second, a little golden stem resembling a limb shot out of his side and pointed in Booster's face.
[yellow]"Be thankful I do this everymorning. We could have a freaking apokolips and you wouldn't even know about it."[/yellow]
[yellow]"Yeah. Whatever..."[/yellow]
Getting up and yawning out of bed, Booster Gold scratched his head, than his butt as he slumply moved to the bathroom in his apartment. Getting in the shower he moaned a little, in slight disappointment and anguish. Luckily, even though Booster was having a hot shower and falling asleep, Skeets came into the bathroom with a towell, and set it behind the curtains, where he could see Booster's shadow slumped against the wall. He heard a slight snore. Flying over to the toilet, he flushed it eagerly...
[yellow]"GEAAAAHHH!!!! HOLY CRAP THAT'S COLD!!!!"[/yellow]
That woke him up. Felt like an icebath how cold it was. It woke him up...
Hopping out of the shower, Michael glared at his little golden friend. That wasn't the first time. Skeets chuckled a little bit at the glaring Booster Gold.
[yellow]"Stop glaring at me, you sourpuss! I know you love me."[/yellow]
Michael thought for a second on that idea. Maybe he could sell Skeets for a lot of money. It'd pay the rent, and maybe he could buy an I-Phone with whatever's left. He looked at Skeets and started chuckling. Skeets looked puzzled at this, because Booster rarely laughed, nowadays.
[yellow]"...What's so funny? Sir?"[/yellow]
Flying through the skies at near light speeds, Booster made great time from city to city in his daily "check up". Skeets was pretty much useless unless it came to anything daily, unless there was something huge scheduled. Like a crisis, or a monsterous attack. Today was a totally normal day, and Skeets tended to overlook information. Booster was cautious. The rain poured and drizzled down his suit as he flew into Portland. The city was lit up, like New York. Except it felt colder. And especially more damp.
His visors scanned the city through the monsterous buildings for any suspicious activity. The streets were anti-crime, right now. It seriously scared Booster that this was the only major city he checked up on that day that had almost NO activity at all. It was as if something wa bound to happen. Glancing at Skeets, They were now circling and flying through the city at fast speeds while they both scanned the area. Nothing.
[yellow]"I'm speechless, sir. It's like the whole city has gone silent. All I can see or hear is the rain. Nothing else."[/yellow]
Booster gave Skeets a dirty look.
[yellow]"I thought you were SPEECHLESS."[/yellow]
Skeets was right of course, there wasn't a car bustling in the the city streets. It was like the whole world went silent and all you could hear was the downpour of the rain. It was almost a scary feeling, and the two partners both looked at each other and KNEW that this had to be investigated. They flew down into the streets. Walking down the area, they looked and looked for a single person amidst the downpour. Every store was closed. Puddles covered the road that reflected their searching on the sidewalk.
[yellow]"Was there anything about Portland in your historical records, Skeets?"[/yellow]
The yellow robot flashed red and beeped some beeps that weren't translatable. You could tell he was going through his 21st century memory. Booster gave Skeets some time to think as they continued to travel down the streets. He noticed a woman ushering her child who was running across the streets into her building. She saw him and Booster saw her. He sprinted towards her, anxiously.
[yellow]"Excuse me, miss. Miss? WAIT!"[/yellow]
He stopped her from slamming the door. His fingers strong enough to stop her from concealing himself from him and his partner. The woman was a brunnete, who looked in her mid twenty's judging by her good looks. She looked terrified. Booster persisted to asking questions.
[yellow]"Is there any paranormal activity going on here? What's going on?"[/yellow]
The woman looked around her with bloodshot eyes, and said:
[blue]"Don't let him see you. We've been trapped for days. Help us."[/blue]
Skeets finished his scans and then flew over to Booster, while he looked confused at what the woman just said. Who? What was doing this? And what exactly were they doing? The woman slammed the door shut and locked it, crazily.
Booster knocked on the door rather loudly, but the woman disappeared into the shadows of her house with her child. Skeet was now face to face with Booster.
[yellow]"Just figured this out. On March 16, 2008 A villain known as The Weather Wizard trapped all of the citizens in Portland, Oregon in a sick way. He found a way to control the weather without really having to do much of anything. There is a device somewhere in the sky that is controlling all of this rain. And a little bit more. Lightning bolts, controlled and manipulated gusts of wind. The Weather Wizard is somewhere close by. Because it is a heat-seeking weapon, and somehow, we have been spared from everything but the rain. That's all I know."[/yellow]
Booster thought at this. The Weather Wizard? How could he create or even get a hold of something that powerful? He was an even bigger idiot than Hal Jordan (which is saying alot). While he was thinking about how this could have happened, a rain of lightning came showering down the city-streets. The ground was hazerdous. If he was going to stop this, he had to be airborne. As the lightning came zipping at him, he used his visors to detect warning and move out of the way as he shot into the sky. The wind howled and pressed against him as he used every ounce of control he had for the eye of the storm that was shooting all of these lightning bolts at. He saw the device, surrounded by a cage of lightning as it detected Booster's heat. Directing all of it's power at Booster, he had to use his Power-Suit shields to block off the now shining ray of electricity.
He was getting slower as he came close to the weather reacter. The push and strain on his suit seemed to get harder and harder. Turning off his shields in that split second, his fingers grasped the device. Crushing it, while being struck down by missiles of lightning, Booster Gold felt a moment of Black-Out. The strom stopped, but as the light began to ray out, he was falling out of the sky and about to hit the ground. Waking quickly back up, he jetted straight and avoided the collision. His suit was slightly charred and tarnished from the huge rain of lightning that almost killed him.
He shook his head and snapped out of the daze he seemed to be in while Skeets began to rush towards him, worriedly.
[yellow]"Are you ok, sir? Any injurines, internal bleeding, tissue damage-"[/yellow]
[yellow]"I'm fine. How's everyone doing?"[/yellow]
People began to rush out of the streets, happy and completely satasfied to the stopping of the Weather Wizard's torture device. As Booster expected, the Weather Wizard was nowhere to be found. Idiots like to hide as much as they like to stir up trouble. He would love to stay and chat for publicity, but it wouldn't look very good if he did. Instead, he decided to ignore people altogther. He had to report this and hunt the Weather Wizard down to make sure he didn't do this to any other major cities. More of a question: WHY did he do it? Was it for ranson? Or was it his sick idea of a joke. To Booster: Justice Wasn't Served just yet. He had to make sure nothing like this was going on anywhere else.
He also developed a new fear of storms and lightning. Imagine that...

History
From the future:
Celebrity:
Justice League
Extreme Justice
[/center]After the Justice League falls apart, Booster Gold joins Extreme Justice, a team led by Captain Atom.
Countdown to Infinite Crisis
After the events depicted in the limited series Identity Crisis, in which Sue Dibny is murdered, Booster Gold hangs up his costume and retires from crime-fighting only to once again assume the role to help Blue Beetle discover who is manipulating Kord Industries. Booster is badly injured in an explosion at Kord's home, and it is revealed that his companion Skeets has been dismantled for its 25th-century technology by the Checkmate organization.
The OMAC Project
[/center]Booster Gold's farewell to Fire.In The OMAC Project limited series, Booster Gold gathers the old Justice League International heroes to investigate Blue Beetle's disappearance.
Infinite Crisis
[/center]In the pages of Infinite Crisis, Booster Gold resurfaces in the ruins of the Justice League's Watchtower on the moon, along with Skeets, again branded as a criminal in his time for "hijacking historical records".
52
[/center] In the aftermath of the Infinite Crisis, Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman have temporarily retired their costumed identities, and the remaining heroes attend a memorial for Superboy in Metropolis.
Booster's Legacy:
[/center]Since his beginning, characters with the DC Universe have hinted that there is a greater purpose to Booster Gold than even he knows.
NOW...
[/center]Booster Gold returned to the past, the fulfill the rest of his "glory years" protecting all that he could with a change in motives as to why he was saving the lives of people with his gifts.

[RED]2-PM: Portland, Oregon...[/red]
