He has mixed feelings about his cybernetic body; sometimes hating it, sometimes loving it. Cyborg is very active and tries to live his life to it's fullest despite the obvious hinderances from his cybernetic implants. He loves having fun like any other person and also tends to be competitive. While he was angry in the past, Victor has grown into a caring and big hearted person in his later years. Victor does seem to have trouble letting go of the past as seen when he tries to reform the old titans. Victor (Vic) Stone grew up surrounded by science. As the only son of research scientists Silas and Elinore Stone, Victor was pushed and trained to follow in his parents' footsteps. While experimenting on ways to boost human intelligence, they used Vic as a subject, which bestowed him with an IQ of 170. Silas and Elinore Stone's pursuit of science unfortunately blinded them to their son's need for a normal childhood.
Young Vic got into trouble when he began hanging around with the wrong crowd, which included a youth named Ron Evers, who got Vic into trouble several times. Victor remained Ron's friend because he had no one else, his actions stimulated by his loneliness and lack of attention from his father.
Thanks to Elinore's persuasion, Silas allowed Vic to attend public high school, where he immediately began making friends and showing great athletic potential. Vic met his first girlfriend, Marcy Reynolds, and trained very hard in the hopes of going to the Olympics. Silas was angered by Victor's athletic plans because he wanted his son to pursue a career in the sciences; he did not think in terms of what Victor might want. This disagreement created a large rift between Vic and Silas and laid the groundwork for future tensions.
One day Vic happened to visit his parents at S.T.A.R. Labs. They were working on two projects: a long-range inter-dimensional study and observation project, and the development of cybernetic body parts for physically disabled soldiers. While observing another dimension, Silas accidentally let a blob-like creature slither through the dimensional barrier. The entity killed Elinore and critically wounded Vic before Silas could activate the recall button and send it back.
Determined not to let his son meet the same fate his wife did, a desperate and unauthorized Silas used the untested cybernetic technology to rebuild Vic's body with a frame of enforced molybdenum steel, special polymers and plastics. Vic survived, and Cyborg was born.
Enter: The new teen titans
Angry at his father and bitter about his fate, Vic ostracized himself from society by moving to Hell's Kitchen, a bad part of town where he felt a freak such as himself would fit in. It was here that Raven found Vic and asked him to join the New Teen Titans.
In appreciation of Vic's new friends and the feeling of purpose they gave to his son, Silas Stone built Titans' Tower. Several months later, Silas died of radiation poisoning, but Vic, having reconciled with his father, stayed with Silas until the end.
During his time on the team, Cyborg forged a close friendship with Garfield Logan (Changeling, Beast Boy). He also met Sarah Simms, who works with handicapped children with prosthetics. The children looked up to Vic, who had his own ‘metal prosthetics,' of a sort. Vic and Sarah Simms remained close friends. Although each of them danced around the idea of a romantic relationship, this would never come to pass.
There have been a few attempts to upgrade Cyborg's body using Promethium, and one project even attempted to cover his metallic parts with an artificial skin; unfortunately, Victor's body rejected the new additions. It was at this time, however that Vic met Dr. Sarah Charles of S.T.A.R. Labs. There was an instant attraction between the two, and it soon blossomed into a full-blown romance.
It was also at this time that Vic's grandparents, Tucker and Maude Stone, reentered his life. Vic harbored some resentment towards them; They worked the vaudeville circuit and were rarely around when he was growing up. Also, they neglected to attend his father's (their son's) funeral. After a long talk, they mended fences. Vic's grandparents became a strong, supportive element in his life.
Soon, Dr. Sarah Charles received a job offer to work in S.T.A.R. Labs' West Coast branch. This put a major strain on her relationship with Vic. Regardless, she took the job as she and Vic continued a long-distance relationship.
Titans Hunt: a cyborg rebuilt
Shortly after this, current and former members of the Titans (including Cyborg) were hunted and captured by the Wildebeest Society. Deathstroke, Nightwing, Troia, Pantha, Phantasm, and Arella joined forces to track them down. Upon locating the captured Titans, the heroes were shocked to learn the identity of the leader of the Wildebeests was their own teammate, Jericho (Joe Wilson)! During the conflict, a rocket was launched containing Victor Stone, and it crash landed in Russia.
The remaining Titans tracked down the rocket and found their ally, Red Star. It seems Victor was badly damaged in the crash; A group of Russian scientists did their best to rebuild him, but were unable to restore his mind. Cyborg was built a bulkier robotic body with enhanced abilities, but was a silent, brain-dead storm-trooper. The Titans traveled back to the United States to find a cure for Vic's state and save their other teammates from the Wildebeest Society.
The Titans were able to defeat the Wildebeest Society (at the expense of the lives of Arella, Danny Chase and Jericho) and save their teammates - but they were unable to return Vic to his true form.
The Technis: A New Calling as Cyberion
The Titans later encountered an alien race called Technis -- a cyber-alien collective that explored and cataloged data throughout the galaxy. The race was dying and in need of a humanness - a soul - to survive. Vic Stone elected to be the one to save the dying race, and he merged his consciousness with the Technis.
In exchange, they gave him a new body and a new name: Cyberion. Cyberion became their protector as they traveled throughout the galaxy. Some time later, Cyberion was reunited with his former teammates and engaged in an interstellar conflict which resulted in the destruction of Tamaran. But there was triumph to be found in tragedy: The Titans were able to restore Raven - who was reborn in a golden spirit form.
Following that, Raven, Minion and Garfield Logan elected to remain in space as traveling companions to Cyberion. Frightened by Cyberion's total embrace of technology, Gar left his friend and returned to earth. Jarras Minion also had doubts about Cyberion's new attitude and decided to leave as well. Jarras, a sworn pacifist, made Victor a gift of his Omegadrome war suit before he left. The Omegadrome allowed Victor to try to carry out his Technis Imperative: To recreate the planet Technis at all costs!
The Victor Stone Omegadrome: Golden Robotic Cyborg
Having collected a planet-size assortment of technological debris, Cyberion journeyed to Earth to turn its moon into a new Technis world and populate it with his Titans allies. The JLA and the Titans first clashed, then united, to prevent Cyberion from destroying the planet while saving Vic's soul and downloading it into Minion's morphing battlesuit, the Omegadrome.
Vic's time with the new team was fraught with bad luck. He reacquainted himself with his girlfriend Dr. Sarah Charles only to learn she had begun a relationship with fellow lab technician, DeShaun. During a battle with Tartarus and the H.I.V.E., Vic was offered a human body if he would help Vandal Savage harvest Addie Kane's immortal blood. Before he could make a decision, Starfire destroyed Addie's body, thus robbing Vic of the chance to make a choice. Also, Vic had to remain a member of the team, per a deal that Nightwing made with Batman; Following the events of his Technis Imperative, the JLA only trusted Vic to remain free if the Titans kept a watchful eye on him.
New Body, New Beginnings
Feeling like he owed his old friend a debt, Dick Grayson worked feverishly to find a cure for Vic's condition. With Jesse Quick's help, his idea was successful. Victor was given a new lease on organic life with a body cloned from cell samples harvested by the Russian scientists who once spared him.
Though his mind and cybernetic abilities were still encapsulated in the Omegadrome, Victor inhabited a truly biological body. And for the first time in years, Cyborg knew what it is to live and feel and breathe unaided by mechanized parts. Embarking on a new life, Victor Stone left the Titans for the West Coast
Back to Basics
Vic Stone later aided the Flash during the "Our Worlds At War" crisis. At that time, Vic started using the golden Omegadrome to morph into a cybernetic form. Cyborg decided to return to adventuring and settled in Keystone City, home of the Flash. But when Vic Stone linked with the evil computerized Thinker in an attempt to stop him from taking over the city, his body became mechanically paralyzed - reverting him to his silver cyborg form.
Shortly afterward, a mysterious android from the future known as Indigo attacked the Titans and Young Justice, resulting in the apparent deaths of Troia and Omen. At Troia's funeral, Nightwing disbanded this version of the Titans. Meanwhile, members of Young Justice, especially Wonder Girl, felt responsible for the tragic deaths. This led Wonder Girl, Robin, Impulse and Superboy to form a new group of Teen Titans under the guidance of the more experienced Cyborg, Starfire and Beast Boy. Cyborg, who was damaged in the battle caused by Indigo, has since received an upgrade in his cybernetic parts.
Infinite Crisis and beyond
During Infinite Crisis, Cyborg joined Donna's New Cronus Team that went to investigate a hole in the universe that was found during the Rann-Thanagar War. He left Beast Boy in charge of the Titans while he was gone. They arrived at the re-set center of the universe and with the help of an assorted heroes aided in the defeat of Alexander Luthor, who was attempting to re-create the multiverse and build a perfect Earth from it.
According to the fifth issue of 52, Cyborg was fused together with Firestorm after returning to Earth. This was caused by the energy ripples caused by Alexander Luthor Jr. which altered the Zeta Ray Beams the heroes were going to use to return home.
After being severely damaged during the events of Infinite Crisis, Cyborg was rebuilt over time in thanks to Tower caretakers Wendy and Marvin. He awoke one year later to find a wholly different Teen Titans being led by Robin, the only member from the team he formed prior to going into space. He is still a member of the team, but feels that Kid Devil and Ravager are hardly worthy Titans, and thus is attempting to find a way to re-form "the real Titans".
After the team along with the Doom Patrol defeated the Brotherhood of Evil, Cyborg asked Beast Boy to rejoin the Titans, but Gar refused saying that his skills were needed with the Patrol. After returning to Titans Tower, Cyborg began reviewing the security tapes during the last year, in which it appears that he was looked to by all the Titans of the past year for a shoulder to lean on, despite being in a coma-like state.
It appears that although Cyborg has returned to the team, the role of leader is now in the hands of Robin. He does however retain the position of statesman amongst the team and occasionally plays second-in-command.
In Justice League of America (vol. 2), #3, Batman, Wonder Woman, and Superman agree that Cyborg should be offered membership in the new Justice League. However, following a battle against Amazo, Green Lantern and Black Canary take over the formation of the JLA, and Cyborg is not amongst the roster.
In the Teen Titans East one-shot, Cyborg gathered together a new team of Titans. During a training exercise, the group was attacked by an unknown assailant, and Cyborg was blasted by a giant energy beam. He was last seen in a crater, with only his head and torso remaining.
Sometime later, he was rebuilt again and is fully operational.[/style]

KNOWN ABILITIES: From his cybernetic implants, Victor gains superhuman strength, endurance and durability. In addition, he can interface with computers. He also still controls the Omegadrome which allows him to morph into different shapes and constructs. His will power is also fairly strong which makes trying to manipulate him through his electronics almost impossible.
STRENGTH LEVEL: Superhuman
WEAKNESSES:
- Power Shortages: While he may have super human stamina, Victor's weapons can drain him quicker. At times he also needs to recharge.
- Fixed limits: Cybernetic appendages can only do so much. While again he is super strong, his cybernetic appendages can only do so much before failing. Though at rare times he can push himself passed these limits.
- E.M.P and electricity: Electronics and EMP or currents of electricity are not a good mix for obvious reasons.
- High powered magnets: Being mostly made of metal, it would be obvious a high powered magnet could grab him.
- Water: Only in regards to large bodies of water like the ocean, where he will sink like a rock.

- Omegadrome Cybernetics: Cyborg possesses cybernetic enhancements that provide superhuman strength, endurance and durability. Cyborg can also interface with computers. Built into his body-armor were an infrared eye, computer generator, sound amplifier, and special programming adapters that allowed him to interface with other body extensions. Integrated into Cyborg he still controls the Omegadrome, which can morph into different shapes and constructs permitting the following abilities:
- Body Transformation: He is able to transform his body into any possible combination of any elements.
- Shape-change: He also has virtually unlimited shape-changing ability, and can mimic even air or space vehicles. He can reshape his entire body or parts of it and can form such complex shapes as a tank a bicycle or even a gun and simple forms as a cloud or a spring.
- Body Resistance: The nature of Cyborg's body provides him with natural body armor offering resistance vs. physical damage and resistance vs. energy attacks
- Superhuman Strength
- Superhuman Speed: He possessed a degree of superspeed and could leap great distances.
- Superhuman Endurance
Superhuman Durability: his bones were reinforced with molybdenum-steel. - Computer Interfacing
- Integrated Weapons: His arsenal included a finger laser attachment, telescopic eyepiece, sonic disrupter, electric shockers, grappling hooks, and winches.
- Sensor Systems

Said Gar.
"You know it!"
Gar came barreling towards Cyborg transforming into a lion while at full sprint. Cyborg had spar'd with Gar many times and this was no different. Cyborgs arm started to change forms into a cannon. A small spark formed in the back of the barrel forming into a large blue ball soon enough firing right towards Gar. Gar grinded to a halt transforming into a bald eagle flying high into the air.
"Oh no you don't!"
Cyborgs feet started to shutter and a puff of smoke formed around his ankles as he slowly started to levitate into the air and, rockets help propel Cyborg right at Gar as they engadged in a mid-air dog fight. Gar, being a eagle was faster at flying then a 1-ton Meta-Human was and Cyborg knows that. Gar fly far above Cyborg and dissapared into the clouds above Titan Tower.
"Where did you go..?"
Cyborg pondered what Gar might be planing. As he began to think a huge green Elephant started falling right above him. Cyborg arm transformed back to it regular form and he put them up digging deep into the butt of the Green Behemoth. Desending at a rapid rate Cyborgs head buzzed.
"Rockets to full power."
Cyborg and Gar started to slow there falling, as Gar transformed in to a Blue whale. Cyborg knew he was going to get crushed by the whale made a last ditch effort to get out of the situation, but to no avail.Gar was just to heavy. As they were about to hit the ground Gar changed to a Teradactle and grabed onto Cyborgs shoulders flying him back to the Tower. They landed saftly on the top of Titan Tower.
"You Ok?" said Gar
Cyborg stopped and look at Gar.
"Ya but I'm Hungry....pizza?"
"You know it!" Said Gar excitingly.
