BEHAVIOR PROFILE
The Joker is a twisted, warped psychopath, and would most definitely take that as a compliment. He has a sick sense of humor, and takes enjoyment from finding radical new ways to torture and kill people, be they innocent or guilty. It is extremely unclear if the Joker even has a straightforward line of thought, or whether his every action is a random whim that springs into his mind. He has several personalities, and is believed to have multiple personality disorder and to be extremely bipolar. He can fling from cackling laughter to ungodly rage in a moment. He finds the terror of others to be “funny”, and sees everything as a joke. The ultimate joke, he says, would be the death of the Bat, or, better yet, his own death at the hands of the Batman. He can laugh at even the most morbid situations, and has been known to make jokes of his own defeats. He is psychotic, with a tendency for showy, dramatic actions, and flashy, attention-drawing clothing. He is, however, extremely smart, being able to think up complex plots that have perplexed even the Batman. The Joker has no real goals, other than causing chaos, and, as he puts it “making the world laugh, one man at a time.” He has no perception of anything resembling a conscience, and has never shown guilt for any of his actions. However, perplexingly, when presented with chances to kill his archenemy, the Batman, he has held back, on numerous occasions. He has stated that “The game wouldn’t be any more fun without ol’ Batty.”, showing a strange dependence on the Batman. He has shown an utter disregard for the feelings and well-being of others, even his own henchmen, or his devoted servant, Harley Quinn, whose affections he spurs on, simply by being his chaotic self. The Joker has absolutely no sense of loyalty or allegiance whatsoever, and his allies have to be as wary as his foes. The only person The Joker has ever shown any regard for, physically or mentally, is himself, and even then, to a minimum.
DOCUMENTED HISTORY
There are a hundred different tales he tells, a thousand men he once was. All that is known by anyone beyond the Joker himself, and possibly not even then, is that there once was a criminal who fought the Batman. In an ironic twist of fate, during the battle, he was plunged over a railing into a vat of acid, burning his skin white and driving him insane. The man that emerged from the acid had pale white skin, shocking green hair, and his mouth was twisted into a mad grin, frozen in rictus. That man was the Joker. The acid left him immune to certain chemicals, and with an obsession with the Batman. In time, he became a force of chaos in Gotham City, emerging as a notorious criminal.
Tales began to take root and grow, of the being called Joker. Among the rogues gallery of criminals that plagued Gotham, a man with a sadistic smile and vampire-pale skin began to rise above them all. But even princes must fall before knights, and the Batman defeated the Joker. He was imprisoned in Arkham Asylum, left to be studied by the scientists of Gotham. However, his psychiatrist, one Harleen F. Quinzel, became obsessed with him, slowly becoming enraptured with the madman known as the Joker. He convinced her to spring him free, and they left Arkham and began a near-legendary crime spree, The Joker and his Harlequin.
The Joker continued his obsession with the Batman and his Bat-family, plaguing them horrendously. He set up numerous traps and foils for the Batman, taunting him and luring him to a breaking point. The Joker began to totally define himself by his enmity of Batman, plaguing the Caped Crusader with his every move. He has developed numerous Joke-themed devices merely for the purpose of driving the Batman to madness. He has stated numerous times that he will make the Batman laugh, and it will be the final joke. In his attempts to achieve this, he has paralyzed Barbara Gordon, the Batgirl, and used his Joker laughing gas on innocents, stretching their face into rictus. He has also attempted to use it on Batman as well., but failed. He has continued to dog Batman through every step of his life. And someday, when all the world burns, the Joker will stand high over the dimming lights of civilization, and he will watch the Batman laugh at his greatest Joke.

POWERS AND ABILITIES
KNOWN POWERS: NO KNOWN POWERS.
ABILITIES: The Joker commits crimes with countless "comedic" weapons such as razor-sharp playing cards, acid-spewing flowers, cyanide pies, and lethally electric joy buzzers and Joker venom, sometimes referred to as Joker Juice, a deadly poison that infects his victims with a ghoulish rictus grin as they die while laughing uncontrollably. This venom comes in many forms, from gas to darts to liquid poison, and has been his primary calling card from his first appearance. The Joker is immune to his venom, as stated in Batman when Morrison writes that "being an avid consumer of his products, Joker's immunity to poisons has been built up over years of dedicated abuse. He is highly intelligent and very skilled in the fields of chemistry and engineering

STRENGTH LEVEL: 3
WEAKNESSES:
- Mortality is the Punch Line Behind the devious grin is just a human, a human with flesh that can be sheered, bones that can be broken, and blood that can run from his veins. The Joker is not invulnerable, but he is durable. He has taken quite the beating from the Bat and has proven to hold even his own ground. Despite this, he still lacks the complete efficiency to continue with taking a beating and never going down. He is human, he can be shot, stabbed, killed, poisoned and controlled. Although, the Joker isn't dumb enough to get himself in the way of a nasty scratch.
- Obsessions with the Dark KnightThe Joker has his weakness, just like almost every other criminal in Gotham, he's obsessed with the big bad bat. And he’s willing to do just about anything to get to the Bat, even stand in harm's way. They say that obsession isn't healthy, being obsessed with a man in a bat costume makes things even worse. The Joker and his sick obsession has lead him to do crazy things, and he's willing to do so much more when it comes to discussion of the Bat, or just being around the Dark Knight.
- A Bit Scrawny, But I’m a Dirty Fighter So the Joker has a habit for pulling things out of nowhere and completely stunning you, or killing you. One or the other. He's got a nasty left hook every now and then, but the Joker himself isn't really that strong. Yes, he can take a large amount of pain, but after awhile, he will break. In addition, his strength isn't so hot either, so he doesn't prove to be a very good fighter if you're able to get close enough. He's a bit of a weakling since he can't really challenge his own strength through any skills or stylized form or fighting. However, his apparent weakness can also be played as a strength, usually people underestimate him - and that usually gets him the upper hand. However, he isn't entirely defenseless, he has a good sprinters run and fast hands and has reportedly beaten an inmate in Arkham twice his size with his slipper (Devil's Advocate); just goes to show you what underestimating the Joker get's you.

WEAPONS: He also uses many weapons such as razor cards, a squirting flower on his lapelle, and deadly gag buzzers. He is also skilled in Chemistry and developed a gas named "Smilex" which kills victims with painful laughing spasms that leave them dead and wearing The Joker's smile. He is usually never predicable and his weapons can work in anyway at any time. His flower can spray gas, acid, water, or nothing depending on his mood for example. The Joker's crimes are usually because of his own insane desires. He usually has no motive and enjoys each one.

EXAMINATION RECORD
The fresh rain drizzled down, pattering on the umbrellas of the crowd below. The grey, foggy clouds hung over Gotham, the tallest of the skyscrapers seeming to reach hopelessly for their murky depths. The wet, soggy signs on either side of the wide forum in front of Gotham city hall were sopping wet, and if you squinted and crossed your eyes, you could make out the blurred symbols that had once been the bright blue words “RACHEL DANE FOR MAYOR”. The crowd assembled before the large platform in the middle of the forum was naturally grumpy. It was wet and cold, and all in all, an average day for Gotham. But it was a poor, poor day to have a campaign speech. Beneath a small makeshift tarp that had been set up on the platform, a woman in a grey business suit and skirt was preparing to speak into a microphone. Her visage somewhat resembled the splotched, running pictures on the wet posters.
“People of Gotham City, we are gathered here today because our city is sick. Sick, I tell you, and…: Mrs. Dane’s voice boomed through the forum, and the entire crowd stood still, trying to keep their umbrellas straight and listen to the speech at the same time. Save one. A bright purple umbrella sifted through the crowd, a stark contrast to the dark black umbrellas most there were holding. The umbrella and it’s holder burst from the forefront of the crowd, into the rain, and, almost simultaneously, two brutish, heavy men emerged from a side ally. They were holding guns, and fired wildly into the crowd. Rachel Dane’s speech morphed into a shrill, ear-piercing scream as the sound of guns rang through the air. The purple umbrella fell to the ground with a thud as it’s holder sprang up to the platform, whipping the microphone off of it’s stand, and the crowd gasped and fell silent, save for the moans of the injured.
“Hel-lo, Gothamites! It’s so dark and rainy, I thought I’d throw a party for you stick-in-the-muds!!” The Joker’s green eyes were wide and bloodshot, and his familiar, painful-looking rictus grin gleamed out at the crowd. He wore a gaudy purple dress shirt and pants, and a purple jacket, and he was holding a walking stick that he leaned upon as he grinned out at the horrified crowd. There was total silence for a moment, and then a woman screamed and ran for a nearby door. Without pausing, the Joker drew a gun from within his jacket and shot her. She toppled forward, dead, and several people screamed. The Joker continued, not missing a beat.
“Now, now, she was so rude. The party’s barely begun! First things first…” The Joker pinwheeled his arm and pointed at his fallen umbrella. “…ENTEEERTAAAIIIIINMEEEENT!!!!!”, he drawled like a boxing announcer.
He flicked open the head of the walking stick and pressed a bright green button. The umbrella seemed to explode in a puff of green gas, and the people at the front of the crowd screamed and began to run, but fell to the ground, gasping like fishes as they began to writhe. Their mouths began to twist into horrible grins, and one, an old businessman, crawled out of the murky gas, struggling to stop his face from twisting into a grin. The Joker hopped off the platform, spinning like a trapizist, landing on the ground in front of the man. He bent forward, and clenched the man’s face in his white-gloved hands.
“C’mon….laugh!” The Joker said, he himself giggling madly. The man struggled harder, twisting his face harder, trying to defy the venom. The flower on the Joker’s lapel twisted mechanically, and a spurt of venom enveloped the two. The man’s face twisted into a grin, and he began to giggle insanely. The Joker joined in, slowly rising to his feet, emerging from the cloud of green poison like a purple nightmare. He motioned to his men, and they moved in, firing wildly into the crowd, which was trying to avoid the bursts of Joker venom that sporadically burst from the umbrella. As chaos reigned, The Joker clambered back up, onto the platform, and looked down at Rachel Dane. He hauled the screaming woman to her feet, her hair a mess, and hauled her to the front of the platform, forcing her to look down into the murky quagmire of Joker venom and writhing human bodies.
“Are you not entertained?!” he giggled in his best impersonation of Spartacus. Rachel lifted her horrified eyes to him, and he grinned, his pale white skin sheeny with rainwater.
“Go on…join the party!” With that, he flung her, head-first, into the miasma of green poison.
