WHAM!
The hit was hard enough that she went flying, her body going through three building as though she’d didn’t weigh anything at all. She laid there a moment in the crater that had formed when she’d hit the ground. Being hit out of the sky always had its drawbacks, like the damage that was done the surrounding area, as well as to innocent people. Not to mention what happened to her. That hurt…she sure packs a punch…I won’t let her win. Get up Kara, fight back! Her fingers dug into rubble of the ground as she opened her expressive blue eyes and looked up at the sky, and more to the left was the woman who’d sucker punched her. Fingers digging in, she stood up, wiping blood from her lip. She’d bitten her tongue on accident, quite the rookie mistake, one she didn’t plan to make again. Her anger was showing, she didn’t like to be taken by a lucky hit. Her eyes burned she could feel the red beams that wanted to leak out. Her hand pressed against her eyes and she took a slow breath, trying to rein it in and calm down. Her body was heating up, she could feel it. When her hand left her eyes, they were glowing red. Her anger fueled her movements and she pushed off the ground, the power behind it sending her into the air as she rushed at the woman with black hair, and a red and blue outfit, a lasso was tied on her hip. With a bit of focused concentration she was flying straight for her. Her fists curled and her right arm pulled back to throw a punch. “Eat this lady!”As she poured on the speed, she let the red beam fly from her eyes, a surprise move and what some would say low, she didn’t care. As she poured on the speed, she threw with all her strength into the punch that she sent flying towards her. A sucker punch for a sucker punch, it was only fair. Only she didn’t get to land her punch, something else had snagged her attention, her arm barreling forward before her body stopped the movement. Her powers! All the sounds suddenly came pouring in through her overly sensitive ears, there was so much noise, anything and everything and she couldn't filter it out. A plane had passed too close to her. All the chatter of the passengers’, the movies they were listening too, the machines, the engines, the pilots. It all overloaded her auditory senses, her hearing. Her hands jerked back to cover her ears, her hands pressing hard to cover them, to try and block out the sounds that were coming through. “No, no! Make it stop!” she cried, her blue eyes squeezed shut, as she threw her body away from the woman as one might throw themselves back ward on a high dive or leap back to dodge a blow, her movements got her away from the plane that had been passing in front of her. Her concentration shattered into a million pieces around her as she felt her body begin to fall from the high atmosphere above New York City. Her eyes opened a crack, and she felt the wind rushing past her, saw the red and gold of her cape as it caught the wind blowing loudly as it was pulled down by her decent, even as it made that sound all things made when they tried to catch the wind, and only cut right through it. The woman was coming towards her and fast; would she hit her again? She didn't know, probably. Her lips were moving and she seemed to be shouting something, but she couldn’t hear her, not over all the noise. Focus Kara…stop falling…I-I can’t… Everything was so loud, so many people, if everyone would just stop everything, maybe she could focus, again. She felt herself falling, but it was impossible for her to focus to think, to stop herself. A building rushed past her line of vision and she knew, knew she was close to impacting again, as the sudden screams and words of fear, and confusion filled her ears. [/blockquote]

Wonder Woman was busy with her normal duties of being a diplomat between man's world and her own home island of Themyscria, when the call came threw of a young woman with powers almost equal to Superman was in New York and she was destroying things and there was a fear that people where going to get hurt. It sounds to Diana as if this woman didn't know what was going on, that she was maybe lost or confused. Excusing herself with as much decorum as she could, Diana left and with a quick turn she changed into her red and blue spangled suit and took off into the sky toward the commotion.
It really didn't take Diana too long to find it, as the younger girl was drawing quiet a crowed as she tried to fight off what looked like a punch of military personal firing at her. With a burst of speed, Wonder Woman flew in front of the military man and with the use of her bracers she was able to block the bullets going after the young woman. It didn't take long for the soldiers to stop firing and Wonder Woman was off again toward the young lady. Wonder Woman had to stop her before something happen to young woman or before she did something she would come to regret later.
Diana had no idea who this young blond woman was, but it was clear she was fairly powerful and even more clear that she didn't have much control over her own powers. It also became clear that this woman didn't know that Wonder Woman was here to help her, when the blond super chick turned and headed toward her, ready to attack Diana. It wasn't Diana's wish to hurt the girl, but there was no way she was going to let the girl get away with hurting anyone. "Hey stop right there." Ok maybe that wasn't the best thing to say to someone that was running crazy, for the blonde chick turned in mid flight; glared at Wonder Woman and than charged at her in the air.
Diana waited for the woman to come toward her, with the power behind her flight Diana was able to determined what kind of force she would need in order to throw the woman off her course and give her a quick lesson in self control. So as the blonde woman got closer Diana ready herself, and at the right moment.......
WHAM!
The hit was hard enough to send the young girl off track and into three building, something Diana would hear about later she was sure, but Diana knew that it wouldn't hurt the woman. Wonder Woman just floated where she was, her hand resting on her lasso ready to use it if it came down to it, and waiting for the woman to come back. Most likely the woman would be even more angry than before which would mean she would make more mistakes and thought ht two would fight it out a little in time Diana would have the upper hand and over take this super power girl. Sure enough the woman appeared and her eyes began to glow and shoot beams just like Superman. Working with Superman Diana had learned how to duck those beams, for her bracers just wouldn't hold up to them nor did she want to risk the burn. What was worse, though a smart move, was this girl wasn't just trying to burn Wonder Woman but to land a punch as well, making Diana pay attention to laser eyes and sucker punches, causing her attention to be split and able to make a mistake.
Lucky for Diana thought the girl never got the chance to land the punch, not because Diana was able to avoid both the punch and laser eyes, but because of something else that Diana couldn't hear. it took Diana only a matter of seconds to realize what was going on, it was the girls super hearing that she wasn't able to control getting the best of her now. In the middle of her attack the woman turned mid flight and started to fly as fast as she could away, leaving Diana dumb founded for a moment before she went after her; this had to end.

She’s still following me! Why!? Why can’t they just leave me alone?
She moved her hands in front of her to help shift her body and give her some stability as she glared in the direction she wanted to go and she found herself zipping away, past the buildings and above the heads of several of the pedestrians, causing more than a few to fall down from the speed with which she’d passed over them. She arched her back and went higher back into the air, as she tried to reach a lower atmosphere to try and think of a plan to lose this lady who wanted to catch her. Her unique very vibrant blue eyes stood out among the blonde hair that framed her face.
She hovered there a frown on her face as she soaked up the rays of sunlight as they filted through the clouds. She’d been giving in some thought and she realized she may be able to get out of this in one piece, the humans didn’t listen but maybe this woman, who seemed to be similar in strength maybe, maybe they could talk and not fight this out. She liked that idea so much more than the idea of having to fight her. Kara wasn’t worried about taking her no, it wasn’t that, it was more along the lines she was tired of fighting in generally it just seemed to be so constant lately.
As she heard the sound of the woman approaching she held up her hands and in front of her so she could seem them. “Wait! she called out, her voice carrying as she shouted loudly. "Wait! Stop! J-Just stay right there, don’t come any closer…maybe we can talk this out,” she called over to her. She wondered if this would work or if it was a far off plan with not a chance in Krypton of happening. She waited a moment wondering if perhaps this might work, and when the black haired goddess didn’t immediately come at her, she seemed to be considering things, she knew she had to keep going and fast before she changed her mind.
“I’m sorry for hitting you, or well trying too, it just sort of happened, you hit my first and well…I’m tired of fighting so many people have been attacking me left and right that I’m tired of it, I didn’t do anything. I don’t know this planet, but I have nowhere else to go and I need help, help that doesn’t involve a cage, or trapping me with kryptonite”
She frowned deeply, blonde hair blowing in the wind that circled around them, as her red cape blew and fluttered along with each change of the motion, her red boots standing out amongst the blue sky and the clouds at her back. She tried not to get her hopes up, to hope this lady was different, and if things changed she was ready, merely waiting for the next shoe to drop and prove that everyone on this planet was just plan crazy.

This was getting dangerous and was starting to piss Wonder Woman off. She was all for helping people to a point but how could you help someone that didn't want help, and that was hell bent on destroying things around them. As she flew after this woman Diana was tempted to call in someone else to set up some kind of trap in order to get this woman out of the sky and somewhere where she couldn't hurt anyone; or herself for that matter. It was time to end this however, so Diana had decided to try one last thing before calling in help. As she flew after the wayward blonde super hero, Wonder Woman unlatched her lasso from her belt and got it ready for use.
Diana could see ahead that the woman stopped in mid air, soaking up the sun as if it was her life force. Now was a good time as any, so Diana started swinging her lasso above her head, about ready to let it loss when the woman called out for her to wait. Wonder Woman caught a little off guard pause only a moment in the air, the lasso still swing in the air as she looked at the woman as if she had grown three more heads. What caused the lasso to stop spinning was the fact this woman wanted to talk to her now, just to talk. After all the direction that she had done this woman decided now was the time to talk.
Wonder Woman just looked at the woman again as if she had grown a spare head, after attacking people including Diana this woman wanted to now talk. Was she crazy or was this some game that this lady thought she could pull on Wonder Woman. For a moment Diana could feel the anger starting to bubble up inside her as she thought this could be nothing more than a joke or a trick; but then the words of her sister Donna stroke a cord in her. Donna; the once Wonder Girl; had a nagging goodness about her believe that there was a goodness to everyone and that given the chance to talk first there would be less use for fighting. Was it possible that Donna could be right in this situation or was Wonder Woman about to make a mistake that could really cost her.
The young blonde girl spoke quickly as if trying to explain what was going on, or trying to buy time before Diana could come up with some kind of an attack. However the woman's pleads didn't fall onto deaf ears as the Amazon Princes lesson to her pleading. Deciding to take this for what it was, a call for help, Diana hung her lasso back onto her belt and placed her hands on her hips; looking at the young woman for a moment before asking. "Who are you and where did you come from?"

The young woman seemed to hesitate as her mouth opened as though she would speak and then it closed and she frowned and lost her own concentration of her flight and started to loose her ability to fly. She gave a gasp of shock and closed her eyes forcing herself to concentrate and she began to once more regain the altitude that she'd lost as she hovered closer to the black haired goddess than she'd like. She glared at her feet to try and keep her concentration.
"I am from the Planet Krypton...and my name is Kara, Kara Zor-El..."
She glanced up at the woman and took a breath to try and relax, with herself beginning to panic it wasn't making her remember to concentrate on hovering in the air. "I am looking for my cousin his name is Kal-El...maybe you know him, we were both suppose to meet here...but I can not find his escape pod..." She admitted honestly as she took another breath and tried not to allow the woman to intimidate her anymore than she already was.
Kara waited brushing back her long blonde hair and waiting to see what this woman might know. She watched her waiting to see if she would make another move to fight her or if perhaps she might help her. She couldn't be sure what she would do, but she felt the heat behind her eyes and she closed them for a moment pressing her hand to her eyes and taking another deep breath. Her powers often time reacted to her own chaotic emotions, sure made things tough as lately those emotions had been all over the place.

Diana watched as the woman before her seemed to sink in the air, as if she was losing her ability to fly. Wonder Woman didn't' move from where she was floating as she watched the blonde girl, she was however ready to move quickly if this girl was to fall from the sky or to try and make an escape. Diana didn't know what to think about this woman before her, for she was truly acting scared but strange as well. Maybe this woman was just sick or something had happen to her in order for her to act this way. Whatever it was this young girl was a danger to not only others but herself as well; and that was one thing Diana was going to stop. "I am from the Planet Krypton...and my name is Kara, Kara Zor-El..." Another person from the planet Krypton that had made it to Earth, the would explain the powers and even the confusion that this woman was facing. Diana didn't know a lot about Superman's background, or his own home planet that he couldn't remember but what she knew was they didn't have the powers on Krypton that they had here on Earth. "I am looking for my cousin his name is Kal-El...maybe you know him, we were both suppose to meet here...but I can not find his escape pod..."
Pod, Kal-El in a pod? Was this woman for real, Kal-El was a grown man, no longer a child like when he came to Earth. Was it possible that this woman didn’t know the time that had taken place or maybe she had lost her memory. What ever the reason or the cause, it was Diana duty to take care of the woman now. “Yes I do know of him.” Diana answered calmly as she looked at the woman, clearly concern for her. “He’s alright and if you wish I can take you somewhere where I can contact him and have him come talk to you.” Diana didn’t know what else she really could do.
