She has powers some would only dream off. BEHAVIOR PROFILE Dr. Lincoln is back to what is thought to be an altered version of her memories - the version where Dr. Crystal Frost was her best friend and was murdered by Firestorm, prompting Dr. Lincoln to become the new Killer Frost so Dr. Frost could "live again". This is not thought to be the result of psychological derangement, but rather of infection by an artificial virus. If that is the case, it seems likely that Neron reempowered her by using infernal magic to rebuild the virus and improve on it. These delusions, however, do not play an important role in her day-to-day behavior - but sometimes she fondly reminisces about Dr. Frost completely out of the blue, on a random subject. Whether what she remembers ever actually happened is unclear. Dr. Lincoln now displays a character trait that probably actually belonged to Dr. Frost - she's convinced that she's superiorly intelligent, and smarter and more experienced than most people she meets. This know-it-all arrogance cripples her socially, and she further tends to be curt and aggressive. She actually *is* intelligent, though, particularly in physics and related matters. The name "Killer Frost" suits her personality just fine - she doesn't care in the least about who dies around her, will sacrifice even her allies without a second thought even if it's just to set a diversion up, and is usually completely unmoved by what happens to other persons. She has all the empathy of a glacier, and considers that killing a few random bystanders in front of the heroes in the vague chance it might unnerve them is a good idea. Killer Frost seems chiefly driven by her appetites (and her mercenary work is presumably to pay for those). The main one is to feed off heat - obviously a very pleasurable sensation to her, to the point of being addictive. There apparently exists different qualities of heat, not just intensities - the heat given off by living being seems much more pleasurable, for instance. Dr. Lincoln vaguely wishes to find a person she can touch without killing and can give her as much heat as she wants, though so far it hasn't worked out. Firestorm would be an ideal source of high-quality heat. As a result of these appetites, Killer Frost can usually be distracted and delayed by "tasty", exotic sources of heat - using her Dice Action to use as much Energy Absorption as she can and just leeching a source of heat she likes. She occasionally flirts with men, but this is mostly a way to make fun of them since most people know that her embrace would be fatal. Still sometimes she is serious, missing physical contact and vaguely hoping that some guy is going to fall for it. She seems torn on the subject of men, incoherently alternating between resenting them just for existing, wanting to flirt, trying to manipulate those who could credibly experience physical intimacy with her, verbally or physically lashing out at them, etc. One of her remarks to Firehawk indicates that she's no longer as interested in draining the heat from females, though. DOCUMENTED HISTORY Origins: A colleague and friend to Crystal Frost, Louise Lincoln chose to recreate the thermafrost accident that had transformed Crystal, and was reborn as the new Killer Frost. Major Arcs Dr. Lincoln proved to be just as dangerous as her predecessor and sought revenge against Firestorm, who she blamed for her friend's death. Selling her soul to Neron for more power, Killer Frost attacked Hawaii during the Underworld Unleashed event. She succeeded in freezing many of the islands before Superboy and Knockout managed to stop her. She held a brief relationship with the fire-based Effigy. Killer Frost was one of the many characters who sought to claim the $1 billion reward offered by President Lex Luthor for the capture of Superman and Batman. She teamed up with other cold-themed villains Mr. Freeze, Icicle, and Captain Cold, but the frosty foursome met with defeat. Killer Frost (alongside Mirror Master) was hired by Dr. Light to participate in an attack on a hospital where Kimiyo Hoshi (the heroic Dr. Light) was recovering. Green Arrow managed to defeat Killer Frost using an arrow filled with Greek fire, something she could not absorb. Lex Luthor, Joker, Cheetah recently invited Killer Frost into the new Injustice League, which she accepted. Killer Frost was one of the villains sent to planet Salvation. She was later seen as a member of Libra's society. Then chasing after the Secret Six to obtain the get out of hell free card. POWERS AND ABILITIES KNOWN POWERS: Thermokinetic Cryokinesis: Like her predecessor, Killer Frost has the ability to generate extreme temperatures of cold from her body. Primarily this is used to freeze others in place or to create a sheen of ice over an intended target. Killer Frost can also use her powers to summon gusts of super-cold air, with which she uses to hurl frozen objects (usually ice daggers) at specified targets. She often uses hand gestures while doing this to make it appear as if she can project ice directly from her fingertips. This is not necessary however, and is done mostly for theatrical effect. Energy Absorption: By absorbing heat from the atmosphere, she can freeze molecules of moisture that hang in the air, creating a variety of effects. Thermokinesis: Contrary to others who share her power set, heat does little damage to Killer Frost. In fact, heat is essential to her continued existence. Attacking Killer Frost with a heat based-weapon only serves to strengthen her. Killer Frost leeches heat to sustain herself - she's a bottomless black body. There's no known limit to this ability - she once stood near the sun's photosphere in a temperature of about 6,000 kelvin without any problem. Early on she was uncontrollably absorbing everything she could, covering the area ice and snow and wrecking local weather patterns, but she soon learned to absorb little enough heat to operate near other persons. Even at her most restrained, however, her touch is deadly. Dr. Lincoln can render herself invulnerable to attacks such as massed small arms fire, apparently by creating a sort of super-dense layer of rime on top of her altered epidermis. She also can reflexively absorb the heat of anything touching her (Frostbite) - when that is on metallic objects hitting her are likely to shatter before they can inflict damage. She also robust against attacks such as Lightning (BODY, HPs), perhaps slightly superhumanly so. Killer Frost has the usual power suite for ice-theme characters - including ice slides, ice beams, icing up surfaces to make them slippery, encasing people in masses of ice, hurling sharp ice missiles with abnormal power that may involve telekinesis, erect ice domes to protect herself and nearby persons, fire frost beams to block most forms of energy beams aimed at her, etc. She can freeze solid thousands of tons of water in less than a minute. By the mid-2000s, her control over cold air had refined - she could blanket the battlefield with strong winds (for instance to make archery useless), launch herself in the air, slow her fall or even hover a bit. Some writers seem to assume that she has full-blown Flight, but that is not well-established. Though Killer Frost's cold laughs at your puny physics (like with most comic book cold-using characters), she still needs to have heat to absorb. Being exposed to a very cold environment will not harm or paralyse her, but it will deny her the energy to power her cold abilities (Power Loss). As a guess, a temperature of about minus 20 or 30 Celsius might be sufficient to trigger the Power Loss, though there are no examples of partial depowering from less frigid temperatures. Conversely, the presence of massive levels of heat can give her up to 4 APs of Power Reserve, though that usually take such exceptional elements as an active volcano or the containment unit of the Eradicator KNOWN ABILITIES: None STRENGTH LEVEL: Peak-human WEAKNESSES: |

EXAMINATION RECORD
Her long slender fingers caressed down his cheek, as she leaned in close to his bound body. The ropes were nice and snug, so he couldn’t get out and it was complete with his very own gag, wasn’t she nice? Her light blue skin contrasting nicely with his darker one, as she tapped his cheek with her finger nail in thought, her lips pulled up in a slow grin. It wasn’t very often that she ended up in the white house and further still when she was able to pull off something so big, something so amazing, she was sure she’d have the infuriating Leaguers of Justice busting in here when they got wind of this.
It wasn’t very often when the White House itself turned into a giant icicle. The presidents home, the national house others looked up to and wanted to be like, the place of power and everything that happened here gave her more attention. There was no way she could be ignored. The Justice League could not ignore her, not anymore, her efforts now spoke volumes and they would be forever foolish if they didn’t come speak with her. She wanted to speak with them and now it would happen. Not on equal footing, she’d wanted equality and now, well now the upper hand would be hers after all she held the lives of the President’s staff in her hands as well as America’s leader, their Chief of Staff, the most powerful man in this country and he was merely a mortal, and a very conniving, deceitful one at that. Was she the one trembling from the cold, was she the one whose skin was beginning to lighten from the cold temperatures? No. You see she was already there; her meta-human abilities saved her from feeling those affects because she lived in this weather, this ice and snow, it was what she was, it was everything. So did that mean she was everything?
A rather amusing thought and it brought a wickedly twisted, yet strangely enchanting smile to her lips as she blew out a cold breath against his nose, and watched him squirm in his seat. He was afraid of her, as he should be, he should be afraid of them all. His heat was intoxicating and she would take it for herself soon, very soon but first she need him, he and his family and his darling staff were her hostages and she planned to use each and everyone of them to her advantage. Their was one big difference she wasn’t against killing them for the shock value once her audience got her, but you seen the heroes had that moral code and they wouldn’t kill her, beat her up perhaps, but killing was out of their realm, this put her at quite an advantage.
“Mr. President, I’ve been waiting quite a long time to speak with you, you see. You’ve always been a sort of…” she paused in her sentence her lips twisting up in a smile. “An admirer of mine, and no they aren’t good things, they are all terribly bad things. I’ve wanted to have a conversation with you for some time, how lucky for me that I finally get the chance.”
As she didn’t get much of a reaction from him, she features twisted so fast that it was hard to remember that she’d been in a good mood only seconds before. Her sneer was full of anger and she moved away from him with a slam of her hands on the top of his chair. As her fists struck at his chair, the two points between his head froze and grew upwards into two little points only an inch long. “You Sir should learn to answer a lady when she speaks to you,” her words held a bit of laughter in them, of course he couldn’t speak, he couldn’t even defend himself, she’d taken his ability to speak, the gag in his mouth preventing words and only gifting him the ability the grunt and give her the pleasure of muffled screams.
As she turned to leave his oval office she heard the shattering of the ice as the White house massive doors were forced open. She frowned and turned on her heel, knowing all too well who was about to be making an appearance very soon. As she returned to the office, she positioned herself behind the bound man, her hand pressing against his neck and her thumb up over his cheek, her fingers brushing ice over his neck as it started to crawl over his neck, as the man who walked into the oval office wearing blue and red stopped in his tracks. “Superman…you got my message, thank you for coming.” Her lips twisted up in a challenging grin.
