Good morning Clashites!
Happy Friday! We made it through another long week and we're about (almost) halfway through the month. Even in the light of real life overwhelming all of us, I'm glad to say that we all remain loyal to this board and ever enthusiastic about writing! It's a good thing!
We've been growing quite consistently since we have opened up (was it in June) and I'd like to thank all of you for putting us on the map, making Clash of the Finest relevant... etc. etc. Quite simply, all of you are great.
Now in light of out increase in membership we will require some rule changes/additions. Don't worry, it's not that bad. It's just more so a way to moderate the activity and registration on this board. Because of the high frequency of posts we muster every day I'd like to develop methods to ensure it stays that way.
So onto the first order of business. I have added a new section in the FAQ board. It refers to the registration of additional characters:
► What are the requirements for picking up multiple characters?
Please understand that the enforcement of this new rule is to merely monitor the rate at which members register characters. I know that some people just register a character as a means of reserving them and that isn't really fair. So in an effort to avoid that we'd like to see this rule followed - effectively immediately.
The next rule has been added to the "REGULATIONS" board and concentrates on character posting and activity:
4. If you are inactive for a span of two weeks without leaving a notice. Then your account will be deleted.
Because everyone is so antsy on posting, we'd like to see characters being used to their optimal potential. Of course we can't really see that if there are no posts produced for them. Furthermore, the lack of posting with a character assumes that you only applied for them as a means of reservation and once again - that isn't fair.
These new rules are effectively immediately and we appreciate everyone's respect and cooperation in the manner. If you feel as if these rules are detrimental to yourself or the site in anyway then please feel free to message me so we can come to some sort of compromise.
