The speedster didn't even respond he merely vanished, faster then than even Komand'r's enhanced perceptions. For a moment she thought he had gone to get help until she noticed the civilians seemed to be vanishing so fast they might as well be dissolving. X'hal, just like the Citadel, treating her like an animal, so he'd known from the beginning. This Flash had known from the beginning then, of course her saccharine sister was here already; of course he was against her.
Fortunately the Flash hadn't been the only one recharging; Komand'r had expended huge reserves of energy to generate the blast that had enabled her to survive the crash. Since she had emerged through Komand'r had been soaking up the UV radiation that fuelled her powers. She was nearly back to a working charge. The Flash's response to her own words though had her seething, of course, he assumed she was some sort of monster. Typical of her sister, her and her stupid laughing friends back on Tamaran all flying off to have fun. Better half... She was going to kill him.
Even as she was waiting him to finish clearing the area, centring herself as the Warlords taught her; the only way to fight a speedster... He punched her in the back of the head. Her first thought in a split second was 'not very heroic at all', her second was one of approval at this fact, fortunately she hadn't yet hit the ground before her third thought kicked in; survival.
Komand'r's hands seemed to explode surrounded by dark golden fires and purple lightning as she did that she willed herself forward, countering the blow with blast and flight; she still tore down the street, melting the asphalt even as her chest nearly brushed it. It took two hundred meters and a quarter of a second for her to turn her momentum into a spin. Throwing her legs out behind her Blackfire landed in a skidding crouch reducing the road surface to lava as her body temperature rose exponentially, Astral fire whipping through her hair and purple sparks leaping all over her skin.
“Typical.” She was trembling with rage and mounting power. Again. She was free, finally free and yet somehow Starfire was managing to ruin everything AGAIN. “Oh she does always find such protectors” Blackfire spat the word like venom, “I'm sure she's soooooooo righteous and sooooo keen on peace and love and does her merry little fraking skipping. Not again, I'm not letting it happen again. She's not taking anything else from me.” Like she had taken the throne, like she had taken Okaara.
“I. Will. Not. Have. It.” From there she merely roared hurling a furious beam of fire and lightning at the Flash, she was not at her tactical best now; she could not believe this. Had she offended a god in a past life?

As Flash observed her response, he was curious. She knew how to react to his attack, and not just by reflex either since she was moving faster than her reflexes normally. She knew that the ground needed to be soft but what got his attention was the heat. She seemed to be heat resistant to casually move in molten asphalt. Wally looked towards her as then she spoke to him. She showed jealousy and envy and Wally knew from experience that she couldn't be reasoned with.
"Looks like we're in agreement. You will cease your actions and turn yourself in so we can handle this matter peacefully. Whether by your own free will or me dragging your unconscious body, you will not harm anyone on Earth as long as I breath on it. I also, will not have it."
Wally said as he dodged her ranged attacks from side to side, not moving forward. More importantly, he was generating momentum to use for his next strike. Naturally he'd have to deal with Kori's sister here and now but he had an advantage in this: he knew what to expect. He sparred and trained with Kori and knew what a Tamaranean's capabilities where. And she seemed to have knowledge to handle him defensively. He'd test that for sure as he looked over towards Komand'r.
"I will only say this once Komand'r. Stand down."
Wally said as suddenly, his hands clapped together. In doing so in that instant, the sound barrier was viciously shattered, the force and velocity of his hands clapping together creating an overwhelming shockwave. The sheer force of it cracking the ground as it spread it. In this same moment, before the shockwave of the sonic boom could even move one foot away from him, he was two hundred meters behind Komand'r with his hands vibrating intensely. In Komandr's perspective, it would seem almost as if Wally teleported he moved so fast as his expression showed that he wasn't playing around.
"Now."
Wally called out in finality as he again, clapped his hands, creating an opposing shockwave. The main reason for this was he knew the shockwave would do long distance damage so, this was his way of containing it. It would serve the effect of creating a massive, crushing, deafening force on both sides of Komand'r, to hold her in place. More importantly, since the ground underneath her was softened, it would push her in and the movement of the sonic boom would also quickly cool it, hopefully sealing her body within asphalt. He knew it wouldn't hold for long if it worked, that wasn't the intent. The intent was to give Komand'r a chance to give up. Otherwise, Wally knew he'd stop holding back and end this as quickly as possible.

The shock wave tossed her airborne but otherwise it would take more to do serious damage to Blackfire's Super-Tamaranean physique. Still his words filled her with bile and fury, his presumption, his automatic taking of her sisters side. Why exactly? Was it her hair? Some pheromone she was giving off? It was absurd.
“Take me in?” Blackfire growled, floating casually twenty feet up in the air where the shock wave had left her. She burnt, flames and energy rippling around her as her voice rumbled out of her like the first thunder of a storm.
“Take me in on what charge? Is being punched in the back of the head for asking a question a crime here? I see why my sister likes it here, lot's of people talking about justice and helping others while they do what they want. Tell me Flash, did you tell my sister she was beautiful too? Was she more accommodating? With her little innocent act, 'oh please, mr. I'm ever so lost'” Komand'r affected a mockery of Starfire's tones while pressing the back of her hand to her forehead.
“You sicken me with your assumptions.” Blackfire kicked up into the air, leaving a streak of astral fire behind her as she sped skywards. Streaking up, getting brighter and brighter, Blackfire was building energy into her Corona. It was nearly two seconds of super sonic flight before she began to descend again. Hurtling downwards like the wrath of X'hal at impossible speed; she came down to street level over 500 meters away, she was 100 meters toward the Flash before the windows started to explode behind her.
Her intent was to grab him though he was, she surmised, to fast to grab, he had to know that if he didn't make contact she would plough on past him at her impossible speeds at her impossible heat well outside the safe zone he had made. She would kill hundreds, maybe thousands or she would get him in her arms and hold him in an embrace oh so much like before while she tore his throat out with her teeth.

Wally watched as she was launched upwards and then made her declaration. Wally was trying to figure out how to handle the situation and then, she spook of Kori's 'methods' and Wally merely shook his head.
"I've had enough of playing the middle man in every intergalactic sibling rivalry. You should know better than to assume you can just crackle with power and for me to not think you're being on the offensive. We can still sort this...."
Wally said as she then sped upwards into the Atmosphere.
"J'onn, I think she's coming towards.....nevermind."
Wally said as she suddenly came charging towards him. The flying ones were always annoying to deal with. Wally couldn't technically fly. Wally however saw her speed and knew he'd have to take a hit. Didn't mean he had to take the whole hit however as suddenly his arms began to rapidly rotate in direction of Komand'r, creating a pair of powerful vortexes in her direction. It wouldn't stop her but it would certainly slow her down. And it helped to that cause as Wally felt her collide into his body. She flew through into him and grabbed onto him with a strong grip.
"I know I'm cute and all but you're just...."
Wally said as suddenly, his body began to vibrate. He knew her body could take the heat of the vibration but, could her nervous take the transmission of the force shaking her body and how long could it be handled holding something vibrating at the increasing speed.
"....not my type!"
Wally said as he picked up his speed, climbing up to the speed of light in his vibrational speed, shaking with incredible force. More importantly, the force of his vibrating would counteract her Tamaranean strength trying to crush him for the most part. The force of his vibrating so intense that it caused the rocks and debris around them to essentially float in the air around them. He'd test to see how long she could hold him and when she let go, he'd have built up enough inertia to end this.

His vortex was enough to slow her, buffeting her around even, but it wasn't enough. From what she had seen so far this Flash's only power was speed, awesome speed of that there could be no doubt, but that would do him no good now, Blackfire thought as she slipped her arms around his chest. He might be fast, faster even than she, but Komand'r could tear through starship armour with her bare hands, she should be able to bust this presumptuous thug like an over ripe fruit; this was already over.
Yet somehow it wasn't. He was doing... something, he seemed to be almost humming, constantly displacing himself, it was like he wasn't even fully solid. She tried desperately to get a grip, trying to dig her fingers into his body. But it was like trying to get a grip on melting ice; the cursed man seemed to be frictionless.
“Do-o-o-o-o” She tried to begin 'don't flatter yourself', but she soon realised her whole body was shaking at fantastic speed. But no matter her strength there is only so long anyone can cling to a frictionless surface and Blackfire was thrown clear; utterly discombobulated from the shaking.
The rightful queen of Tameran was left staggering, desperately trying to clear her head.

Wally breathed a sigh of relief as he felt and saw he felt and saw Kom get rocketed off of him by his method of defense. He looked at her afterwards, still reeling and shaking from the tactic. Wally thought of one thing: She intentionally did what she did knowing it would kill civilians if Wally decided to save himself. Tactics like that made him realize that Kori was right: There was no reasoning with her. However, he felt she needed to know something.
"Allow me to address your confusion. My powers isn't just going fast, it's manipulating every part of my being at any speed I choose and even things I touch. You confuse me being fast for not being strong or durable. I can take anything you got and give it right back. However, you tried to kill and harm innocent people."
Wally said as suddenly, his right arm began to rapidly vibrate intensely. Much like his body did before however, it was much, much faster. It was easy to tell this by the fact the area around his arm seemed to displace. Debris touching his arm vanished out of existence the moment it touched it, something that if noticed would be very frightening. Wally continued to walk towards her, intentionally being slow. Wally knew two things. First was he wasn't going to allow her the opportunity to harm anymore innocent people. And the second was he was The Flash: She couldn't escape if she tried.
"You are right on two things. One, my actions were not instigated. They were proactive. You took a threatening stance and in that moment, their safety became more important than yours. The second thing is yes, Kori finds great, powerful friends. Keyword being friends, not guardians. You consider them guardians only because you're too self-centered and callous of a being to think of anything that doesn't benefit you. When you lost everything, you threw a tantrum. And When Kori lost everything, she kept going. You have the heart of a coward, while she has the heart of a lion. And that's why you'll always be the lesser half, Kommie."
Wally said, putting extra emphasis on the lesser and greater points and his new nickname for the queen of Tamaran. He didn't care what she thought, she was just like Grodd or Lex: People were only important if they served a purpose to her. Merely toys or chess pieces. Manipulative, calculating, devious and vicious. Just another member of the ever growing evil elite in Wally's opinion. As Wally stopped in front of Komand'r, his arm now vibrated even more intensely. So much, that red sparks and blurs were all that could be seen from what used to be Wally's arm.
"You want to know the funny thing about it all? Kori still has the strength to forgive you and reconcile, rather than pity you. I don't really see that reasoning but, family is family, right? You don't always agree but....enough talking. Allow me to tell you one more thing about what I can do. My arm here is now simultaneously moving in every direction possible at a speed slightly faster than the speed of light. Light doesn't hurt when it touches us because it isn't solid but, what if it were? And what if all that energy was compacted and converted into a different kind of energy, the kinetic kind. You know, physical force and power. You can try and run if you want, it won't do you any good. It's over."
Wally said as in a moment, his actual arm could be seen. around it, massive amounts of red bolts crackled around it, almost an uncountable amount of them crackling so fast it was hard to even realize they were there. Human eyes would only see them as red blurs and to Komand'r, perhaps some would be seen. One thing was for certain though, Wally's next attack would be brutal and Komand'r wasn't in any state to dodge it. And then, Wally's right arm swung up in an uppercut fashion aimed for her midsection. When it hit on impact, it would created a distinct temporary displacement of time. This would allow Komand'r a moment to seem as if everything slowed down, before the impact's massive force would sink in and send her rocketing up almost out of the planet's orbit, easily into the stratosphere and then come crashing back down.

Komand'r looked up at the fist crackling with energies that clearly hadn't been included in her extensive if combat focused education. She still felt woozy, sick even, she hadn't recharged properly and expended far to much on her fancy aerial display. Her teachers would be furious with her and now as the man ranted at her she was trying not to vomit all over her own boots. She listened as he made his speech, all hate and bigotry of course, she could expect little better from one of those Koriand'r had manipulated with her batting eyelashes and supposed innocence. He said he didn't want to be involved in sibling rivalries before immediately declaring his allegiance in one; X'hal if that's how people thought on this planet her stay was going to be an absolute nightmare.
Finally he finished his insults, drawing back his fist to finish her, she knew exactly what he needed to hear.
“We'll see.” She said with barley half a smile. Then suddenly the floor seemed to fall away as the world slowly went dark. Komand'r was fairly sure that it was at this point she vomited.
Welcome to Earth.

Wally felt the impact of his fist at a great velocity and then, force exerted itself from him. the downward counter force creating a small crater from the impact as the blow rocketed her upwards at a speed only Wally could see and then, she was gone for a moment as Wally sighed to himself before dropping to a knee, breathing heavily. Those attacks always took something out of him, good thing the Watchtower had plenty of food as he stood up.
"Flash to Watchtower, you still there J'onn?"
"What's the situation Wally?"
"I made a judgment call when she was taking an offensive action and preparing an energy attack when she guessed that Kori was on the planet."
"Have you subdued her?"
"Yes, Komand'r has been neutralized. Any moment now she'll come back down to Earth."
"Come back down?"
"I kinda hit her straight up......really hard."
"Wally, was that really-"
"She was intentionally trying to kill civilians J'onn."
"Fair enough Wally. Any idea when she'll be back down?"
"Any moment now."
Wally said as he looked up towards the sky in anticipation so he could have a moment of fun with J'onn. However, after a couple minutes of staring upwards, Wally just glanced up some more.
"Yup, any moment now, she'll come down."
Wally scratched his head for a moment. He began to wonder to himself just how hard he hit her. It couldn't have been that hard, right? She was propelled upwards and he was positive she wasn't sent into orbit.
"Just wait, she'll be here soon."
"You sure you didn't hit her into orbit?"
"Yeah, this is weird, she should be coming down by.....oh wait, here she comes."
Wally said as he observed a ball of flaming light come crashing down and Wally took a breath. Already exhausted but he still needed to save her. Letting her unconsciously freefall no matter what race she was, was still dangerous to her. That and the impact would probably break something too. Wally shook his head, he had to push himself a little now as his arms spun and pointed upwards, creating a pair of vortexes that fused into one below Komand'r as she collided with it, slowly cooling her off from the heat she built up from the freefall. He kept pushing as she began to slow down, sweat beading his brow before she finally stopped five feet above him. He then stopped as she fell into his arms, before he rapidly tossed her up and down.
"Ouch, hot! Hot! Hot! I keep forgetting things from freefall get really hot. I should really remember that! Ouch, hot!"
Wally said as he placed her on the ground by his feet and placed a hand on her shoulder.
"Flash to Watchtower, get us up there J'onn."
