Many were yelling and the situation was something she didn't want to deal with. Raven noted the anger, it was well understood. Moreso than everyone thought. Not even because she was an empath, it went deeper than that. Terra was a core of Gar's most recent pain and feelings is anger. Each and every time she embraced them, she felt his pain. The other's had their pain and anger, Raven was an exception. They were allowed to express it, without fearing destroying a city block. Kori flew up into the air as Raven simply stared down at Terra and Raven calmly put her hand on Kori's shoulder.
"I have business with this conniving....No, I won't stoop to that level. Just...just wait a minute and let me get this out Kori. I promise it won't waste anymore of our time. I just....I just need to do this. And I need you guys here to ensure that I don't go too far."
Raven said towards Kori with a sincere look, letting Kori know what her intents were and also Kori could feel a very rare feeling in Raven: Malice. She was restraining it but it was clear, Raven if she lost control of her emotions would do alot of damage to this poor girl and needed them here purely to ensure that didn't happen. Raven then floated down towards Terra, her eyes saying many things.
"Tara."
There was very few ways one could send ice into one's spine, yet it was different for Raven. Her emotions could be literally felt by those around her due to her powers being based on them. Even if being held back, her deep despise was very clear. Not that one needed to feel her emotions to hear the venom in her tone. In one word. A single name that for the longest time, came pretty close to the word betrayal. Raven stared deeply into Terra's being before closing her eyes.
"You were always the most naive of us all. And still are. You come here assuming you understand the damage you did. Assuming that you understand our pain. Let me tell you from experience, both from being betrayed and feeling it times everyone in The Titans, you're not even close. I sense you came to do more than apologize however. There has been actions against metahumans. So I offer this to you."
Raven said with a tone she rarely took on. The venom was clear however, she was being belittling and aggressive. Raven rarely took an aggressive approach to most things. Terra however, was a clear exception.
"You will not be welcome in The Titans or our Tower. You are not our friend or ally. What you are however, is our responsibility. It is the Titans job to protect the weak. And you Tara, are the weakest of us all. We will build a bunker for you near the Tower. We will monitor it. And you will pay rent and go where we tell you to go. You will not enter the Tower. Ever. You will not talk to anyone unless they talk to you first. Do you accept or decline this offer?"
Raven said, despite hiding a clear intent that only Kori was aware of. Raven needed this however, she needed to do this for Gar, even if he hated her, he still deep down cared for her. So just abandoning her wasn't an option. But, accepting her wasn't one either.
"If you accept, place your hand in mine. It will be your security deposit so to speak. You will understand once we make contact."
Raven said very forwardly as a single hand was outstretched. Anyone that knew Raven that touching Raven gave her more power over you. She didn't even pay attention to the other guy hanging around. If Terra did put her hand in Raven's, she'd feel an intense wave of emotional pain and suffering. A small amount of Gar's anguish would pour into her. She'd gain a slight understanding of the pain she inflicted. She'd feel the exact pain she caused on someone she probably cared about and still betrayed. Raven wanted her to both understand and suffer for what she done. And this was her method to guarantee this.

[style= font-family: verdana; text-align: justify; padding: 5px; width: 445px; font-family: verdana; font-size: 12px] Koriand'r seemed to be taking the reigns of the situation - her anger being the main factor that was influencing her decisions. It was clear that Koriand'r had no intention of welcoming Tara with open arms and quite honestly Karen felt the same way. The things that Tara had done, the memories that she had left behind were not exactly ones that left much to be desired.
She had sold the entire team, the same people she called her friends to their most terrible enemy. And even in her final hour she did not repent or realize how wrong her actions were. Instead she only sought her own demise when things had not gone her own way. Well, demise was a very loose term in this situation - because the girl they thought had been dead was standing right before them.
Not putting anymore thought into the situation, Karen obediently followed after Koriand'r - also rising into the air, her wings beating rapidly to bring her body off the ground. Tara would no longer be entertained, and by the way that Koriand'r had responded she had no intention of bringing the lost puppy back home.[
Just when she was prepared to leave the scene entirely, a new player entered the field and in her presence came the onslaught of overpowering emotion - a combination of what everyone was feeling and what Koriand'r mostly felt - but amplified. Raven descended from the skies and while her face did not hold any emotion, Karen could feel the rage seething from her aura and from the black fog that seemed to trail after her. Karen shuddered, the enigma that was Tara coursing through her body as she was reminded of exactly what everybody felt when they were reminded of Tara. Karen narrowed her eyes, her own rage - the same anger she had been trying to suppress - beginning to reach the brim and she too stared the same cold look at Tara.
There was no remorse from the team, Tara had not had the decency to grant them the same when she fell them. Clenching her first, Bumblebee could only nod in agreement to Raven's every advisement for Tara. The rules had been lain out and much to everyone's chagrin Tara had been invited back to the island they all called home. Raven was right, she was their responsibility and while they would not enjoy this duty, they would have to deal with Tara Markov. It would probably be wise however to keep Koriand'r away from the young woman because by the look on her face she was prepared to send her flying into the sun.
Karen didn't live within the Tower's confines, but just knowing that the girl was within the proximity of her friends unsettled her. But Raven had created the contract and set the terms, everyone else would just have to adhere and follow it the best they could. Hopefully this time around it wouldn't almost get them killled. She swallowed, watching Tara apprehensively approach Raven's outstretched hand and waited for the deal to be signed. [/style]

Maybe it was just because she was the new girl on the block, or maybe it was just because she had not been around for whatever fiasco it was that this girl had caused (and Cassie hadn’t bothered reading up on group history just yet), but nobody seemed that keen on including her in what was going on. Starfire and Bumblebee stood across from her, the latter’s hand resting on the alien’s arm as she prepared to toast the meta if she didn’t move fast enough. Then, between them and the meta, was the weird-Superman then the meta and finally, behind both of them, stood Cassie herself. That’s how it stood when, apparently trying to beat Starfire to the punch, the meta launched into her story.
On the surface, it was a pretty simple story. It certainly explained why Koriand’r was so furious, why Bumblebee was so eager to get out of there and how nervous the other blonde looked – if she hadn’t had her Armour, Cassie knew she wouldn’t want to get on the wrong side of the Titans. With it, she wasn’t worried about not being strong enough. Her eyes flickered around the crowd as they chanted, keeping whatever thoughts she might have to herself. Really, she thought it was a pretty story. But, from the sounds of it, there was no way she was just going to take it at face value and she hadn’t been one of the team when this girl apparently betrayed them. A quick glance at Starfire told Cassie instantly that the alien didn’t buy it either. Anybody who could fool the Titans could fake a few tears, she could do that easily enough. And the rest was totally impossible to prove. So, speaking for herself, Cassie was about as eager to take this girl ‘back’ as she was to hug a nuclear bomb.
The weird-Superman had turned so she wasn’t behind him and stepped back, leaving them to it – but it seemed to basically be over. Starfire declared that the girl was pathetic, that she was not welcome with them and that it was time to go. Bumblebee immediately rose into the air, but Cassie was slower to follow, suspiciously glancing at the girl still on her knees as she rose off the ground, her expression dark.
And that would have been fine, except that before they could actually leave, someone else arrived.
Raven.
And with her came a flood of anger that seeped straight into Cassie, spilling down her spine like cold, dark water. With it came the rage, and the blonde shuddered as she fought it down as best she could. But, though she was able to keep a grip on herself, the Armour still answered the call of her anger, sharp spikes beginning to prick through the skin of her forearms, a trickle of blood oozing slowly from the base. Her heart seemed to beat like a war drum, loud in her ears, her vision darkening to a faint shade of red. If she’d been in a fight, that would have been it. Control would have gone. But, thankfully, she was able to keep a tenuous grip, praying that whatever Raven was doing, she’d stop soon.
This wasn’t the way she wanted to explain her Armour to the rest of the team.
Even so, she kept listening as the Armour inched forward, coating her forearms in armoured gauntlets now, bronze wrapped around her chest and looping around her neck in a partial breastplate.
But, while she knew she was new here, what Raven was suggesting was crazy. Obviously crazy. And, while Bumblebee at least seemed happy to just go along with it, she wasn’t. She definitely wasn’t.
So, when Raven outstretched her hand but before Terra, Tara, whatever could take it, Cassie’s body interposed itself, the blonde jabbing one muscled, bronze-coated arm between the two in a barrier that neither was easily passing. "Really?” She demanded of the other Titan, angrily, an emotion that was not entirely thanks to the black cloud of the emotion that seemed to follow Raven. "You’re just going to take a girl who betrayed all of you and tried to kill you – and apparently came too damned close – back to the Tower so she can try again?”
She pivoted towards Terra now, her hand lunging out, intending to wrap tightly around the meta’s neck so that Cassie could lift her off her feet and into the air, the girl’s scrawny form no real challenge to a girl who could lift far more than her. "Why give her the chance?”

Eddie to say the very least hadn't meant to come out here, he'd actually only followed Raven after she'd left the tower. He had a feeling things weren't going all too well in the city. He could see the waves raidating from Kori and he just knew something wasn't right. He'd flown after Raven, it wasn't as graceful, as he'd had to take a bit of running leap to get enough air, but it got him from point A to point B without much of a hassel.
As he landed he did his best to stay out of the way, his golden eyes taking notice of those that were here. His gaze lingered longest on the boy he didn't know, he looked an awful lot like a Superman-Jr. If the anger glares from Karen and the look he'd seen Cassie throw his way were enough to make him apprehensive about getting too close, it had nothing to do with the fact, that touching him left burns.
He tried not to let that get to him, being unable to touch anyone unless he was terribly careful was tough, and sometimes he wasn't careful and mistakes happened. He breath in taking in the scents and the anger he could almost taste on his tongue as he exhaled, a bit of fire came from his mouth. He cast a weary look at the public, they were watching this display and frankly why were they here of all places easily barring their laundry to the public. He made a face and took a step towards them, perhaps a little scare would work to get them to scram. The blond earth wielder...her tears and her own begging for forgiveness didn't sit well with him...things just weren't that easy and a few tears were going to atone for what she'd done, she'd be atoning her whole life...it's the price that is paid.
He heard what was suggested and shrugged his shoulders, he wasn't...well he wasn't there when this had happened, if that's what the founding members needed, if they needed to take responsiblity for Terra, then that's fine, they would have his support. Not that it's much.[/color]
Wonder Girl's movements and the glint of gold caught his attention and he stepped forward, his eyes shifting to the others, could no one see the mood Raven was in? He could smell it, as the sun kissed fingers thumped against the demon daughters chest, he could sense the change and it seemed no one, no one but him? Was that possible? No one else could feel the wall that was about to come crumbling down, it seemed so.
He moved to get past Kon-L, his bare red-skinned shoulder skimming along his own, but he gave him no mind as he opened his mouth Raven's name on his lips and yet, no sound came forth. Eddie quickened his pace and tried to reach the two of them, before controls slipped and fists flew, but the demonic smell strengthened and he knew he was too late.
"Rav-"

Terra sighed. The Titans would never take her back. She had done a great wrong, and she knew it. If only she knew what was about to pass. Once again, she thought about leaving and starting anew somewhere else but in her heart she knew she was meant to be in this team. If she hadn’t been power-hungry and well, evil, perhaps she’d still be on it. Just as she was about to leave, a presence came and then she heard the voice; the dreadful, frightful voice of Raven. The blonde youth looked to her and her blood ran cold. Terra had hurt Gar, and by extension, Raven. Terra sighed and listened to the demon-spawn. Was she hearing right? She would essentially be their captive if she just touched the demon-spawn’s hands. At least she wasn’t denied outright. That was a slight plus. Maybe as time went past, she could slowly earn their trust back, if she played her cards right.
Just as Terra was about to grab Raven’s hands, her air supply was cut off and she was suspended in the air. Cassandra had grasped the Markovian’s throat. Her hands instantly went to try and undo the tightness at her throat. Damn, this girl was strong! She was obviously some kind of metahuman or something. She was losing consciousness – she had to do something to make Action Barbie here let go. She did the only thing she could do – she hurled a somewhat large rock at Cass, and then proceeded to cough and splutter before quickly clutching blue-cloaked woman in front of her. The pain was excruciating. Terra closed her eyes, fighting the urge to scream. She knew what Raven was doing. Knowing Raven, she was making her relive the pain she had done to Gar. It was like a thousand hot needles tipped with poison were being sent into her mind and body, non-ending. She actually had to bite her tongue so she didn’t scream out. She understood now. Terra had ruined Gar in a way she hadn’t thought possible. Fresh tears appeared and a little whimper escaped her lips. The crowd recoiled backwards at Eddie and some started to leave.
It was a full minutes when Terra let go. She was on all fours, panting and struggling to fight back the tears. She was done crying. Slowly the tears receded and looked up at Raven. Her face….it was more demonic. Fear fizzled inside the Geokinetic and she crawled back slowly, really afraid.

Raven dripped her voice onto Tara as she stared daggers into this girl who was a focal point in her pain at this point. Her voice dripped venom like a cobra preparing to strike. And then, Cassandra got in her way. What was her problem? Then Raven realized, the girl was Naive. She didn't know that Raven was manipulating the girl versus giving her a real offer and then, gripped Tara. Raven looked towards Cass getting angrier, her eyes going pure black.
"Cassandra. Move. Now."
Was all that Raven could get out as then, her head snapped back in an eerie way and in that moment, she felt Tara's hand touch her own and within a moment, everything became good again. It shouldn't be that way but, it felt oh so good. It was wrong! But oh so good as suddenly, the violent suffering and misery her love suffered at this stupid wench's hand became clear. Images rushing through both her mind and Tara's, for you couldn't force someone to relive something without feeling it yourself. On the inside, Raven cried out against this but couldn't be heard. And then, another collection of voices crept in.
Hey Sister, looks like you finally came around. Took you long enough. Now show her your full rage!
Look at this, she got to get a new life and go on like nothing happened. And then wants all this back and thinks just a sorry will work. Wish we had that type of pleasantry.
Why hold back? It takes so much effort and work. Really, just kill them all and then, take a nap.
Take a nap? That's such a lazy thing to do, then again that is the only thing you're good for! If you hadn't need us to stop and take breaks we'd have already gotten to sister dear by now!
Brother, relax. Take a breather. I find it unfair that he gets to be so lackadaisical about the whole thing. Wish we could just sit and take naps like he does.
Why don't you? It's so relaxing and....
Get out of my head!
The pulsing sounds of her brother's calling out to her, influencing her. They could feel where she was and she them. And Raven's body changed in response to this influence, her own self being pushed in and her demonic self presenting itself, her body changing. Her skin hued a slight red, her eyes dark as the night, horns protruding out. Her stature grew as her legs partially vanished under her cloak, being replaced with dozens of black, shadowy tendrils. She hadn't fully transformed and almost reached the point of no return.
Like Father, Like Daughter. You will never escape who you are.
Never.
Never.
Never!
NO!
In that instant, the change stopped expanding. While it couldn't be seen, the little will Raven had left was just enough to halt the process of fully transforming into her demonic self. However, her conscious mind no longer controlled her actions, her inner demon did and her body turned in an awkward fashion as she turned towards Terra.
"Child, that fearful face looks good on you. Let's see if I can't make it permanent."
The voice echoed out with a horrific rasp and what was almost a masculine shrill as Raven said towards her as her mind invaded Terra's in a moment, delving into it's depths and then, bringing a memory into it that wasn't her own, the twisting and turning of Raven's thoughts seeking to alter the memories of this child to give her a new nightmare to fear in the night as the image of Black Adam running his arm through her chest appeared and with modifications, this was replaced instead with herself being Gar and Black Adam turning into herself.
"See what you have done child? See Terra what you did? And you'll do it again!"
The memory twisted and turned and soon, showed each impalement being a different person. Friend, foe, civilian. It repeated hundreds of times, rotating in her brain with the intent of her feeling each pulse as Raven then felt something else and looked towards Cassandra while continuing to torment Terra. Her aura now becoming profuse, bleeding vast volumes of rage, fear, and pride into everyone around her that wasn't prepared or guarding themselves and she laughed towards Cassandra.
"Did I upset you? Are you going to cry? What's the matter? Are you afraid of the unknown? You should be!"
A Black mist like aura soon protruded itself around Raven, acting both as a protective shield and a lethal vapor, the mist around her being pain itself in it's purest form. Any physical contact with it would transmute any pain being felt in the vicinity into it's target, mental and physical. It was a deterrent. It was a means also to destroy everything around her as suddenly, several shadow tendrils protruded form it towards Cassandra.

Unhearing and uncaring as to Kid Devil’s call, Cassie’s fingers clamped around the traitor’s throat like a steel vice. She hoisted her into the air, watching the girl struggle to breathe with the detached, uncaring anger that came from within and without both. Her fingers tightened. And then, something flew towards her and her blue eyes flickered to it – then she reacted.
Instinctively, on seeing the rock hurtling towards her face, Cassie had dropped Terra, only realising her mistake in the instant that the boulder smashed itself uselessly to pieces on her armoured forearms. Holding back a shout of rage, aware that the howling war-cry struggling to escape her lips wasn’t her choice, Cassie whirled on Terra once again with a murderous scowl etched across her face… And was too late. The traitor’s fingers brushed at Raven’s before someone screamed like her throat was being ripped out. It echoed darkly in the blonde’s ears, the sound touching the Armour buried deep within her soul and stirring it to life. It was only coaxed further at the furious demand in Raven’s voice and by the threat it felt in those pitch black eyes.
But, stubborn to the end, she held her ground, slowly moving forward as if to rip Terra away from Raven bodily even as the earth shook under her. But before she could reach them, Raven changed. Her skin flushed red, horns stabbed through it and dark shadows replacing her legs. Cassie barely noticed though as a pulse of rage hit her and she shuddered. She hadn’t been prepared and, along with the taunting words that were thrown her way, it was enough to break something within her. Something that shouldn’t have been broken.
Standing there, alone, in the centre of the maelstrom of Raven’s emotional storm, the blonde girl sneered right back at the demon-girl. The air around her suddenly felt heavy with the scent of blood and, although it was absent even the merest whisper of a breeze, her hair rose over her head – no longer blonde but almost bronze in colour. Her gaze speared into the empty pits of the demon-witch’s own, her eyes glowing from within like pitiless red suns.
"Fear?” The voice of the Silent Armour resounded, lending an inhuman, ancient reverberation to Cassie’s scornful words, but it was still unmistakeable as the young woman’s. "I’ll show you fear.”
Instantly, the Armour grew, the unnaturally glowing bronze spreading until it covered almost its host’s entire body. Heavy pauldrons studded with vicious spikes covered her shoulders, matching the segmented insectile breastplate that shielded her torso and the armoured boots that seemed to form out of nowhere on Cassie’s legs. But, to those who looked closely, it was the arms that were the worst. Elsewhere, the bodysuit that she still wore under the armour hid the worst of the damage, but on her bare arms it was all too easy to see the liquid red of blood tracing its path down Cassie’s bare biceps and under the edge of the clawed gauntlets. A masked helmet was the last thing to appear, the faceless visor hiding Wonder Girl’s face as it swelled into being while a blood-red cloak and matching loincloth billowed in the impossible breeze.
Behind the narrow slits and beneath the crown of thorns that now sat atop Cassie’s head, those hateful eyes burnt into Raven’s own.
"Step aside, witch, or I’ll kill you before I kill the traitor.” [/i][/blockquote]

Raven's gave befell upon the changing form of the new being in front of her and then, a threat. Raven's teeth simply grinned widely, revealing numerous sharp, demonic canines. Her Demonic side getting a could kick out of what was before her: a challenge. Or maybe not but, a challenger. Whether she was a "Challenge" or not was something else entirely as she grinned wickedly towards her.
"Before I show you fear, Let's start with a seed of malice!"
She said towards the new presented threat with a wide grin towards her. Her entire aura was expanding outward towards everyone, including Cassandra. The aura was influencing everyone's emotional and pain centers, creating and enhancing any pain they were in. Influencing their anger and rage and tapping into their fears, bringing them forward in their minds. The tendrils rapidly traversing the distance towards the Armour-laden child and gripping onto her forearms. In that moment, a seed of Raven was pushed into the girl's core, intending on taking the girl other and controlling her as a new puppet. The seed would when materialized feel like it was invading her every cell of her being. Even as the ground shook before them, the seed would feel vile and very painful.
"The seed is set. Now let's have some fun!"
Raven said as a dark orb formed in the palm of her hands before she pushed it into herself. Raven grinned wickedly as dozens of black ravens began to form from her skin and started fluttering in the air as more tendrils protruded from her form. These tendrils having succinct, sharp edges. They were made simply for physical lashing and stabbing though they came with the same package as all of Raven's attacks. The ravens were not normal however, they possessed eerie, bright red eyes, six of them each. And their beaks had inside them hundreds of sharp teeth. Without a moment to spare, the tendrils and ravens moved forth, the tendrils begins the physical end. The three dozen ravens would fly into and through the girl, acting as a psionic medium to cause massive bursts of pain and confusion each time while the Tendrils were just to grip and impale.
"Bleed for me! Scream for me!"
Raven uttered out as the attack began towards the girl, intending on bringing her to her knees in pure agony and despair. Intending on breaking her will and resolve and most importantly, intending on stripping away her sense of being from her bare, piece by succulent piece as she waited to weaken the girl enough to begin her real attack on her soul.

Where a more mortal creature might have dodged aside from the demon that Raven had become, the thing that stood where Cassie had – that was still Cassie and more – seemed to disdain any such human reaction. It just regarded Raven with vague interest as the witch spoke, not even moving when the shadows grabbed her forearms. Other than the shifting of the cape, it might as well have been a statue. The only reaction to it was that the figure stiffened, the forge-red slits of its eyes narrowing a little, as the seed was pushed into it, but that was all. Whatever pain she felt, it did not show. Otherwise, she stood, held by the tendrils. Waiting.
The shadowy tendrils that extruded from the darkness of Raven’s being had form and substance and malice, and they flailed at Wonder Girl’s bronze-armoured form as if they wanted to flay the flesh from her bones. But, though each strike struck sparks, they didn’t even scratch the ancient armour, let alone the girl within and, though the blood continued to run down the bare flesh of her arms, it was not from any wounds Raven had inflicted. Nor did she even flinch as the tendrils struck again and again. Whatever shadow-stuff they were made of, it had no power to pierce the Silent Armour, forged in the white-hot heart of a star before the birth of humanity.
But the ravens, with their multitudes of eyes and their beaks filled with sharp teeth like no example of that species to be found on Earth, were another matter. Seemingly immaterial, the creatures simply flew through bronze and flesh alike, each signalling a burst of pain to shred through Cassie’s body, and, as the first wave swept through her, Wonder Girl seemed to falter. A harsh sound that might have been a groan echoed from her, the glow of her eyes fading as the ‘seed’ and the ravens combined to hammer pain into her skull.
But then it rose in pitch, rolling out from her armoured figure as a contemptuous laugh even as her eyes shone brighter than ever, the power of the Silent Armour that already filled her crushing the seed that Raven had tried to implant. "Pain? You think I don’t know pain?”
With a shrug, she was free of the tendrils that bound her, her arms pulling themselves loose with ease. Taloned fingers grasped at the shadows, ripping them apart with god-forged bronze, before she began to move inexorably towards Raven – and Terra. Each step was dogged by the dark birds, but she ignored them. Cassandra Sandsmark lived every day in pain, while the part of her that was in control now barely noticed it anymore beyond the hate and the anger that the witch continued to stir up. And the instant that she was close enough, her fist swung at Raven with all her strength behind it, a blow that would easily pulp a human body.
In fact, that was the point.
"Kill it is then.” Cassie’s voice said. "Enough talking.”

Raven grinned wickedly as she watched the child before her simply push aside her efforts. It was always much more fun when they had a little fight in them. It made it much more succulent to suck their fear from their form. This was different though, the girl had a protector. She could feel this being protecting her. And also, the pain it caused her and in that moment, Raven grinned wickedly. That could be used against her and suddenly, the ravens dispersed into the air, forming into what appeared a giant dark cloud of mystifying properties as the girl came towards Raven. Even in her enhanced state, she couldn't move at her speed but, didn't need to. The girl's hand had hit Raven. It had touched Raven. And Raven got a glimpse and moment of contact, all she needed in most cases.
Several things would occur in the moment of contact. The first of which would be the transfer of all the pain of the impact. However, the pain wasn't transferred to this child's face. Oh no no no, that would be too easy. Instead, the pain and pressure of the severe blow of what felt like one hundred tons of force would be felt in the girl's heart. To the child it would seemed as if it was a blow directly to the heart in massive force. The second thing however was the most important as suddenly, a link was made to the child and another individual of Raven's past and intertwined. Merely an illusion of altered memory but, that was the point. In her mind, Cassandra would briefly remember a moment of seemingly making a deal with Trigon as he spoke to the Armour. To give Cassandra a reason to find the Armour disgusting.
The Third thing that happened was simply, Raven went flying. Raven wasn't omnipotent after and spent all of two seconds flying through the air before suddenly, the sky burst open as the image of a black raven formed from the cloud screeching in the sky, before swirling into itself as suddenly, Raven appeared back where she was standing. The damage she received from the rather brutal blow already almost fully healed, the actual regeneration being very clear.
"You keep trying to kill. I'm just going to break your spirit. Or perhaps I'll start with your heart!"
Raven said as suddenly, she began firing from herself several dozen more tendrils, much akin to the first ones. These however, were immaterial. What they had was the information of the pain of the blow Cassandra delivered to her face moments before. Now if she let them hit, she'd feel as if she was being punched in the heart by herself. Raven knew from experience that causing the heart pain caused it to react in varying ways. Increased heart rate, hyperventilation, dilation of pupils and numbness. The intent of this was to push Cassandra's heart to it's limit, to a point where it was physically unable to take any more exertion. Raven grinned wickedly, simply because she wouldn't do just that. Each Tendril would also twist and cause memories to surface for Cassandra, the resulting confusion was intent to break her spirit. To have her mind altered to find something important and Raven knew just what. The flashes would now take a Memory of Raven's, of Jason standing over the bloody, beaten body of Tim Drake and replace it instead with Cassandra. The psychological warfare was now beginning to become fun!
